It is with high regard that I write this letter of recommendation for Doug Menzak. I had the pleasure of being Dougʼs direct supervisor during his 11 years within the Tri-State distributorship of Zimmer.
From the time Doug started with the company, I was impressed with his strong work ethic, dedication to his craft, and resourcefulness in the challenging field of Orthopedic Sales. Not long into his career with Zimmer, he successfully converted high volume Trauma accounts and built long standing relationships that last to this day. In addition to long sustained growth and establishing business in new accounts, Doug has been a great team player and developed into a solid leader of the Trauma team. Over the years he has mentored and guided both members of Tri-State Orthopedics and the Zimmer Sales Academy students in the nuances of Trauma.
