Terms of Use:
Use of Address
• Tenants can use Impact Hub Jakarta’s address for physical address only (meeting, mailing address), not for domicile/establishment deed.
• If a domicile address is required, tenants can subscribe to an additional Virtual Office Address (rates below).
Maximum capacity
• Office Tenants are responsible for the physical distancing and limit the number of people in their own units. Impact Hub Jakarta reserves the right to enforce maximum capacity protocol in every room and area.
• If required, tenants and their guests exceeding the maximum capacity are allowed to use the communal and workshop area, as long as adhering to the physical distancing protocol and required to purchase the Flexi Desk Membership.
Office Cleaning
• Impact Hub Jakarta will conduct a scheduled general cleaning. Office Tenants can opt to have their units cleaned, or conduct their own cleaning/sanitizing.
Payment Terms:
• All prices are excluding Tax.
• Contract lengths: min. 3 months, max. 1 year. The price above will be valid for the length of the contract.
• Minimum recurring payment: 1 month
• No safety deposits.

Terms of Use:
• Recommended booking time is no later than 14 days prior to event date to ensure availability.
• The management reserves the right to refuse booking if the intended number of guests exceed the maximum capacity.
• Client is strictly responsible for the total number of persons attending the event, referring to the maximum capacity stated. The management reserves the right to refuse entry once the maximum number of guests are reached.
• List of participants, speakers, team members and guests are to be given to Impact Hub Jakarta 1 day prior to the event for coordination with Building Management.
Payment Terms:
• Wes above are excluded tax
• Non-refundable Down Payment of 50% required within 2 days of invoice to lock date & time.
• Completion of payment to be made no later than 1 day prior to event date.
