detects the failure of pump, non return

CONSTRUCTION

The system is specially designed foreasy and quick installation. Plug in typeconnection makes the wiring andservice, simple and easy. Simplifieddesign requires no precision adjustmentor calibration.

Control unit is extremely compact andelegant with impact resistant plastichousing. Front Panel carries line, pumpand alarm On/Off indicators & alarm testswitch.

AUTO SERVE level control system isdesigned and developed indigenouslyand comply with latest ISO and IBRstandards and construction require-ments. It consists of two unit-MEASURING SHELL UNIT andCONTROLUNIT.

Measuring shell unit is a speciallydesigned pressure and temperatureproof housing which incorporates set ofa measuring shell. The measuring shellis so designed that the high & low levelcan be adjusted on cite by the user. Noneed to cut or weld for different levelrequirement. Side and side mountedflanges are provided for steam andwater connection. Threaded blow downconnection is provided at bottom.Terminals are in the enclosed head witha set of high temperature colour codedwires.

Control unit is extremely compact andprecision built fully solid-state unit. It ishoused in a wall mountable moldedcase. Polarized Self locking type heavyduty connector with color coded wires isprovided. Alarm test switch, pump &alarm indicators and protection fusesare provided on front panel. Twomounting holes are convientely locatedon the unit.

OPERATION

APPLICATION

TEST CERTIFICATE

Measuring shell unit accurately detects the

level Condition in the boiler and transmits the

signals to the control unit. After analyzing the

signals received from the measuring shell

unit it start and stop the feed pump by

connecting or disconnecting the motor circuit

in a starter. A new time base highly reliable

safety alarm system detects the fault

immediately and gives the alarm before

dangerous low level comes. The alarm is of

auto reset type. Voltage free contact is

provided for alarm circuit. The burner can

also be cut off simultaneously.

AUTO SERVE level Control system is used

for accurate monitoring of boiler feed water. It

is primarily designed and intended to be used

for steam boiler application. It can be used on

boiler of any type and capacity. It can also be

used equally on steam generator, high

pressure hot water boiler and other pressure

vessel.

AUTO SERVE Float less level control system

is approved under Indian Boiler Regulation

Act 1950 by Indian boiler authority. Test

certificate as per IBR in form III-C is furnished

with each level control system. Each level

control system is tested at every stage of it's'

production, to ensure fool proof operation

and reliability. It is also tested on the test rig

u n d e r a c t u a l w o r k i n g c o n d i t i o n .

Manufactures test certificate can be

furnished on request.
