Principal’s Message Friday 18 March, 2016 Dear Parents and Carers, Welcome to the end of week eight of term one. Languages Survey Thank you to all families who have already completed their languages survey about the language of choice that you would like your child to study. Please remember that this language survey is not for the Korean Bi-lingual Program. If your child is in one of our Korean classes they will continue to participate in this program as well. If you do not want your child to learn another language on the survey sheet, please be good enough to contact me via the school email about this request. Your child will then be placed in a group that is consolidating their knowledge of English across all the Key Learning Areas. If our teachers, in their professional opinion, consider that it is in the best interests of your child to be in a group for support in English skills, you will receive a separate letter about this. Please note that, as per last week’s Principal’s message, there are opportunities for you to gain teacher assistance to complete the surveys before and after school next week: These opportunities will be on Tuesday 22 March, 2016; Wednesday 23 March, 2016 and Thursday 24 March, 2016 from 8.15am-8.45am in the mornings and 3.15pm to- 4.00pm in the afternoons. Friday 18 March, 2016 Dear Parents and Carers, Welcome to the end of week eight of term one. Languages Survey Thank you to all families who have already completed their languages survey about the language of choice that you would like your child to study. Please remember that this language survey is not for the Korean Bi-lingual Program. If your child is in one of our Korean classes they will continue to participate in this program as well.
If you do not want your child to learn another language on the survey sheet, please
be good enough to contact me via the school email about this request. Your child
will then be placed in a group that is consolidating their knowledge of English across
all the Key Learning Areas.
If our teachers, in their professional opinion, consider that it is in the best interests
of your child to be in a group for support in English skills, you will receive a separate
