The settlers received as payment a third of the demarcated lands and the right to comparlascon preferential rate.In 1888 the Italian Francisco Andone-gui and the Spanish Miguel Amador Loreto Ormart buy a property in St. Thomas Valley, south of Ensenada, initiating the planting of imported grapes: Valdepeñas, Palomino, Muscat, Tempranillo and Peru rose for the first time , Spanish varieties. As it was near the sea, he traded their products with ships coming into port, making exchanges sugar, snuff, rice and cloth.
In 1843, President Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna and Luke German, the minister proposed the first school of Agriculture, this, to encourage the cultivation of the vine. But sev-eral religious properties, including the mission was Santo Tomas, which eventually passed through the hands of several owners were also sold.Later, in 1857, the church property was expropriated by the state. The estate then passed through various hands until Loreto Amador took possession of the place, continuing the cultivation of vineyards and wine production.Agricultural policies. 1881 the gov-ernment enacted a series of laws through which made available to private buyers, and very low

With a fresh concept where three es-
sential elements come together for fun: music,
beer and potatoes, this video-bar opened in the
corner of Ruiz and LópezMateos avenues in the
tourist area of Ensenada, offering a space envi-
ronment Very casual, beer at affordable prices
and big plates of fries. A hangout for young lo-
cals and tourists, especially on days of ar-
rival of the cruise. Papas & Beer you can also
dance and listen to live music on weekends.
This place of great tradition in Ensenada
located in a historic building dating from 1892, is
certainly a favorite among locals and visitors. Its
popularity has positioned him as a place almost
cult for young tourists from North America. Keep-
ing a style of old Mexican cantina, with wooden
floors covered in sawdust, a very relaxed atmo-
sphere and mariachi music alive, the Cantina Hus-
song’s is the place to savor a rich Margarita Bar
of her birth place as it was precisely in this place
where I was created this drink
makes it five decades.
