Read Chapter 6 and answer the questions below:1. What surprises Elliot when he first awakens?2. Find vocabulary that shows Elliot is tired? How do we know he’s always tired from earlier in the story? Virgo wants to prove to Elliot that she is immortal because he doesn’t believe her. When approaching the riverbank, Virgo decides to try and prove her immortality. She walks in to the river and holds her head underwater.How does this make Elliott feel? Think about the different emotions he experiences as he encourages Virgo to jump in to the river and then ends up trying to rescue her. What emotions does Virgo experience as she proves her immortality? How does she feel when she sees Elliot worried and looking for her? Write 5 sentences about each character’s emotions as this event happens.
