There are 4 types of price options that can be used.•Radio buttons•Checkbox•Dropdown Select•Numeric Quantity

Types of price options

Radio buttons: Lists multiple options, but only one can be selected. Best for listing various types of registration options if there are different prices for local or in-ternational delegates, governmental officials etc.Checkbox: Lists multiple options and allows registrants to select as many options as they like. Best for adding additional options to the registration such as tours, additional activities or dinners. Select: Lists multiple options in a dropdown, but only one can be selected. Best for longer lists of options to avoid cluttering up the registration page.Numeric Quantity: Lists only one option, but the registrant can order as many times as they like by adding the amount they want. Best for ordering multiple piec-es of the same item, ie lunch for 1, 2, or 3 days. (This option does not work to register multiple people, to register multiple people at the same time, the option must be selected on the event itself.)

Once you have picked the type of option, add a label for this price field, set the individual options along with any additional configuration. If these are the primary registration fields, mark them as required.

Additional configurations

Default: If you want an option to be prechecked when registering, set it as default.Participant count: If the individual price option is valid for multiple participants ie. a table for 8, set the participant count to 8. This helps track the total number of attendees expected.Max Participant: Allows you to limit the number of times this option is available. ie. if you have two tables for 8, the maximum participant count would be 16. This would allow only two attendees to request a table of 8. Active/inactive: Individual options can be disabled if they are fully booked or expired without affecting the rest of the options in the set.Field help: Add instructional text if neededActive on/Expire on: For limited time prices or booking options, price fields can be set to automatically activate or deactivate on a time schedule.Required: If these are the primary registration options, you can set them as required to ensure at least one option of this field is selected. This will not affect any additional options configured in the Price set.

Additional price fields can be created to add optional items to the event registration.

Each field can be previewed on its own, or together with the whole set.

Additional options
