COVID-19 safety rules
Location: car park on Zawisza Czarny St.
Operating hours in blocks:- Friday:
• 12:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 16:00
• 16:00 – 16:30 – sanitize break
• 16:30 – 18:30
• 18:30 – 20:00- Race Office is closed on race day!!!
Bring the mask or visor, your ID, QR ticket, please!
You can pick up your kit ONLY IN PERSON.
Relays – kits are collected by the one person froma a team.
Race Office
Race Office – rulesIn the week before the event, you will receive a QR ticket, which is necessary to collect the starting kit. QR ticket will be send to the e-mail address from which the registration was made. Check the folders with spam, offers, advertisements, etc. If you cannot trace the code pleaseemail to [email protected]
To download a QR ticket, fill out a screening questionnaire. You will find a link to the survey in the email with the QR ticket to download.
While filling out the questionnaire, choose the time of collecting the starter package in the competition office. Except Relays. The office will be located in the car parking at ZawiszaCzarny Street and will be open:
- 04.09.2020 (Friday) - 12.00-20.00, in the blocks:
- 12:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 16:00
- 16:00 - 16:30 technical break/ disinfection
- 16:30 – 18:30
- 18:30 – 20:00
If you feel unwell, you have symptoms that may suggest a COVID-19 infection, please do not come. Your health is most important for us!
Race Office – rulesRules in force in the race office:
The office is one-way street, i.e. you can't go back through the next stages. No one will enter the office.
Only competitors who take part in the competition office are allowed to enter. Do not take your family or other persons with you when you pick up the starting kit.
You can only pick up the starter pack personally. Exception relays.
When going to pick up the package, it is necessary to take with you a mask or visor, downloaded to your smartphone/tablet/computer or printed QR ticket and identity card or passport (to be viewed).
While waiting in the queue, keep a social distance 1.5 m.
DO NOT take your bike. There will be no space to leave it in front of the office.
Race Office – rulesApproach the race office at the time declared in the survey. Put on a mask or visor, disinfect your hands, the liquid distributor will be located in front of the entrance. If there is a queue in front of the entrance, keep the distance 1,5 m from the others.
Tent 1 – screening tent and measuring temperature. There will be two tents in front of the entrance to the office. In the first of them, the medical staff will measure your temperature. If the temperature is higher than 37.5 degrees Celsius, the medical staff will interview you and decide to allow or not you to take off.
Tent 2 - QR ticket. This is the first place where you must show the QR ticket. The staff will check if you have purchased a license and if you are in the race office at the declared time.
It will not be possible to purchase the license on site. Purchase is possible only online.
Relays are not required to have a license.

You approach the station with the release of the package after a service call.
You approach the station, the staff will ask you to show your QR ticket and identity card/passport. The staff will give you a goodie bag. The package includes a wristband, which you have to put on your wirst before you leave the station.
After receiving the package, you are directed to the exit.

bike and things from tray after the race.
Your stuff to leave in deposit can only be placed in the
deposit bag.
Uncollected stuff will not be stored.
Please do not leave any precious belongings in the deposit.

correct!
Official swim cap is MANDATORY during swim!

To enter Transition Zone: mask or visor, wristband, timing
chip, fastened helmet with stickers, bike with a sticker under
the saddle (seatpost).

Race day morning
Transition Zone open from 6:00 to 7:30. Mask ora visor, wristband
and timing chip required to enter the zone.
Bike shoes can be clipped to pedals. Nutrition can be attached to
the bike. You can attached your helmet to the bike also. Other stuff
placed into tray.
Pumps have to be taken out of the transition zone before the race.
No littering. Keep the social distance 1,5 m.
Deposit – located in the City Beach:
- 6:00 – 7:30 – I sprint wave (Men 16-39)
- 8:00 – 9:30 – II sprint wave (Men 40+)
- 10:00 – 11:30 – III sprint wave (Women and Relays)

Follow the instructions of our staff, referees and medical/rescue
staff.

Put on your mask or visor in te start zone. You can put it out
before your rolling start.
Do not forget your timing chip!

Wetsuits
Sprint & relays – SWIMSUITS ARE MANDATORY
Expected water temp.: ~17,5 to 18,9 Celsius degrees
If you decide not to continue the race…
You HAVE TO report this to a referee or timing
guys or a staff member (but NOT A VOLUNTEER!)
It is extremely important, especially during swim!
Otherwise, we will be forced to initiate an alert
procedure which may lead to calling your ICE
contact…
If you need help in the water, turn on your back
and raise a hand.
Transition Zone (T1)Stuff placed in tray, not at the bike rack.
Wetsuit and swimming gear to be placed in the tray or under the tray. Bike gearput on th tray.
Toilets and medical point available.
Changing only by the bike. Helmet put on and fastened before leaving the T1 zone.
Pass the mounting line before you get on bike.
No penalty tent when leaving the zone. Penalties will be added by the referees to your final result.

Keep to the right.
Safety first! Be cautious.
No mp3 players, headphones, cameras and other multimedia devices.
On the bike
Bib numbers
Stickers on the seatpost and helmet.
Bib numer is not required on bike. If you choose to have it, place it on your back.
Bike service
You should have your own repair kit.
There is no bike service on the course.
Transition after bike
Get off your bike ahead of the line.
First bike, then helmet.
Bike stuff to the tray, run stuff leave in the tray also. You can collect them together with your bike afterthe race.
Bib numer is required on the run. Place it on your front.
Transition after bike (T2)
Run course
1 loop
Clearly marked and well secured.
Safety and conduct
Bib numer clearly visible in the front.
No littering and no bare torso.
No external support, no friends/family members following the athlete.
No multimedia devices.
Try to keep social distance (1,5m) during running.
Don’t make some „hi five” with spectators, avoid physicalcontact with other people.
Finish
No one can accompany the athlete while finishing.
After the finish, please proceed to the Finisher Zone. If youneed a medical help, there will be a medical staff.
In the Finisher Zone (tent hall behind the finish line) collect recovery bag and items left in deposit. In the recovery bag the finisher medal will be waiting for you.
After collecting the recovery bag and deposit, go to the exit.

- From 14:00 to 16:00
- Bring your mask or visor, wristband, bib numer and timing chip!

No drafting, no littering & safety first!
Drafting (blue card): - 10 metres from front wheel to front wheel- 20 seconds for overtaking
Penalties:
Yellow card / 10 seconds
(Penalties will be added to your final result)
Blue card / 1 minute
(Penalties will be added to your final result)
Red card (or 2x blue or 3x any card) = DSQ
Overtaking on the right side / riding side by side = DSQ
No penalty tent when leaving the zone (COVID-19). Penalties will be added by the referees to your final result.

Timing chip is your relay baton. Passed at the bike rack.
