Enerflex employs highly trained professionals, follows industry best practices and installs only the highest quality replacement parts. ENERFLEX WILL PLAN ALL PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE DURATION OF THE CONTRACT Enerflex maintenance plans are based on manufacturer recommendations, customer needs and then adjusted over time based on equipment performance and operating conditions. This method ensures that equipment life-cycles are based on actual conditions and that components are changed proactively before reliability becomes unsatisfactory. SCHEDULING PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES The Engineering and Service departments maintains consistent communication with each service branch, providing technicians with feedback from previous visits, which consists of a customized list of parts, special tools and expected maintenance items before each scheduled service. This ensures that technicians are prepared with everything they require to perform the most efficient services for each unit at each visit in the least amount of time. The complete scheduling responsibility lies with Enerflex, alleviating operator preventive maintenance scheduling overload. SERVICE AGREEMENT The Service agreement is intended to provide customers with planning and scheduling of all required maintenance services, providing the necessary labour, parts and tools to improve equipment reliability and availability. PARTS AGREEMENT Parts Agreements focus on scheduling, packaging and shipping all parts for preventive maintenance services, reducing the customer’s need to schedule and track required service parts.
