• Identify a delivery space that is comfortable and quiet with no distractions.
• Preload any slides or activities at least an hour ahead of time.
• Join the session 10-15 minutes before the session is scheduled to begin.
• Use the Setup Wizard to ensure your speakers are working properly.
• Open web pages and applications needed for application sharing
• Close all non-essential applications.
• In a text document or in the Notes tool, prepare a list of web sites you will use during the session.
• Navigate to the first slide in your presentation and ensure that Follow is checked.
• Get your greenscreen ready if needed
