IndianOil's group companies, Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd. and IOT Infrastructure & Energy Services Ltd., and industry organisations such as Petroleum Federation of India (PetroFed).With over 33 years' expertise in the oil & gas sector, Mr. Ashok has wide experience in various roles of the Corporation's Marketing Division and has also been part of the core team that initiated Business Development activities at its Corporate Office for diversification of business and integration both upstream and downstream. He also has considerable global exposure, having headed IndianOil's overseas business in Southeast Asia from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and recently on the Board of IndianOil's Sri Lanka subsidiary (Lanka IOC), wherein he contributed to its turnaround into a profitable venture, which declare maiden dividend to its shareholders.

• Sanjiv Singh,Director (Refineries)->New Delhi. 1st July,2014. Shri Sanjiv Singh has taken over as the Director [Refineries] of the leading Fortune 500 company, IndianOil. He takes over from Mr Raj Kumar Ghosh who superannuated on 30th June,2014. Shri Singh was working as Executive Director (In -Charge) at the Paradip Refinery Project in Odisha , leading the prestigious Rs 30,000 crore project , till recently. Earlier he has held the position of Executive Director (In-Charge) at the most modern refinery of the country at Panipat and was responsible for setting - up of Refinery , Naphtha Cracker and other downstream polymer units. Shri Singh played key role in the commissioning of Panipat Refinery , Para Xylene & PTA and India's largest Naphtha Cracker which has ushered in a new era of industrial development in Haryana.

• A.K. Sharma,Director (Finance)->Mr. Arun Kumar Sharma has taken charge as Director (Finance), Indian Oil Corporation Limited, the leading Indian Oil and Gas Company in the Fortune 'Global 500' listing.Mr. A.K. Sharma has over three decades of experience in IndianOil and has handled the entire gamut of activities in the Finance function. Mr. A.K. Sharma also brings with him vast experience of Project appraisal and Project Finance besides the financial accounting activities related to Refining and Marketing. Mr. A.K. Sharma has also served as Head of IndianOil'sTreasury where he was credited for issuing the first ever Foreign Currency Bonds ($ 500 million bonds REG-S) of IndianOil in the International Markets in 2010. Prior to joining the Board of IndianOil as Director (Finance), Mr. Sharma was Executive Director (Finance) of Refineries Division.

• Verghese Cherian,Director (HR)->Verghese Cherian today took charge as Director (Human Resources) of Indian Oil Corp, the nation's largest company. Having completed his Masters in Social Work, he joinedIOC in the year 1982 at its refineries headquarters in Delhi."He has a comprehensive work experience, spanning over three decades across IOC's refinery units, divisional headquarters and R&D centre," the company said in a statement. Prior to his elevation, Cherian headed the apex training centre of the organisation, IndianOil Institute of Petroleum Management (IiPM) at Gurgaon.

• Anish Aggarwal,Director (Pipelines)->Mr. Anish Aggarwal took over as the Director (Pipelines), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., India’s leading Fortune Global 500 Company on February 1, 2015.Mr. Aggarwal was working as the Executive Director (Operations) of IndianOil’s Pipelines Division, leading the team of experts in charge of operations and maintenance of IndianOil’s 11,221 km long network of cross country pipelines transporting crude oil and petroleum products. He has played a key role in ensuring pipeline system availability for transportation of crude oil to IndianOil’s landlocked refineries .
