Our coffee factory is based in Alicante, Spain, with a 20-year history as roasters and full coffee factory with a fully automated packaging system on-site. Our company, chosen as one of the 10 leading coffee companies in Spain, offers a complete line of premium coffees. Our prize-winning packaging design of our latest Single Origin Gourmet line, recently launched this year, is fast becom- ing a success around the world given that it is very rare to find a brand offering a complete line of Single Origin coffees. Creating your own Private Label Coffee has never been easier. We do it all in one same place. We roast for you, design and package, ready for you to sell.

Our Factory is IFS and FDA certified. To have this type of certification means that our Factory had to undergo very exhaustive controls and has to continue undergoing the strictist sanitary and quality controls. In order to sell coffee in supermarkets, for example, the coffee needs to have been roasted in a factory with IFS certificate.

WHAT ARE SHIPPING BOX SIZES?

WHAT BAG SIZES AND COFFEE TYPES DO YOU OFFER?

Once you are ready to place an order to get specific shipping quote, please go to https://premiumcolombiancoffee.com/product/quote/ and complete the checkout process. Due to the very high number of quote requests that we receive daily and the lengthly time to prepare a proforma for each client, we request our clients to make payment of an advance payment of 20 euros to confirm serious interest. Please send us the form in the link, indicating the exact order – type of coffee, type of bag, size. Please note that we need this information for transport pricing not only depends on coffee weight but we also need to take into account box dimensiones for each type of coffee. Once we have this information, we will then prepare exact quote and proforma for you. We prepare a maximum of 2 proformas in case client wishes to modify order after first quote. MY LOGO IS NOT HIGH RESOLUTION

With us, it is very easy to create your own coffee brand because we take care of it all, in one same place.If you want printed bags, we either send you the template and you send it back once ready for review. Or you may use our Design Service which is included in the Printed Bag Price (check Print-ed Bag Price List). For this service, you need to have all the text ready that will go on your bag and a design concept. Send the desingers examples of style that you like.

One of our websites, myowncoffeebrand.com, offers clients many designs of ours that you can get ideas from.

Your logo has to be in high resolution to be accepted for printing. If you don´t have a designer to do this for you, you may use our freelance designers to re-design your logo.

Price : 60 euros.

If you want to have mock 3D pictures of your bags before your bags are even printed, for websites, publicity, or to present to authorities in some countries):

Price: 60 euros.

For labels, you do not need a template. Simply design your labels following the indicated measure-ments.

According to EU law, for us to be able to export, your bag has to indicate: ingredients, net weight, lot number, best before date, our Sanitary License number.

On the front, you must indicate clearly whether the coffee is Roasted Whole Bean or Roasted Ground Coffee and weight.Please make sure you consult in your country what packaging requirements there are.

(We are NOT responsable for design/info requierements of any client nor any country nor any mistakes on labels or designs. It is the client´s responsability to

check carefully before sending for printing).

This is generally the required info:

Ingredients: (example: 100% Arabica coffee beans) Net weight Store in cool dry place away from light Importer: xxx Country of origen: (example: Colombia) Roasted and packaged in Spain Tel / Website /Company address: Usually optional. Bar code: Usually only required if you are going to sell in supermarkets. Nutritional chart: Usually not requiered in cases where the coffee is 100% pure coffee, no mixes, asour coffees.

Printed bags are made from rolls. If you are looking for best price, then you would have to buy a full roll, which costs 2800 euros (approx. $3,300 dollars) and is good for one size of bags. You can create 2 or 3 designs in one same roll. As for quantities: If 1 kg bags, estimate around 7,000 bags. If 500g, estimate 14,000 bags, If 250g, estimate 28,000 bags.

Our Price List offers Printed Bags for low quantities of 1000 or 2000 bags. If you are interested in a whole roll, please let us know to quote.
