  Oxygen and moisture levels are reduced

  Using compressed Nitrogen or Argon, O2/H20 levels can be reduced to a specific level (ex. 1% or 0.0001%) Example application-high-purity metals and anhydrous chemicals

  Exhaust air is HEPA filtered removing particulates

HEPA = High Efficiency Particulate Air

Air cleanliness standards:

Class 100 = 100 or less, particles at ≥ 0.5 um per cubic foot.

ISO Class 5 Standard = 3,520 or less, particles at ≥ 0.5 um per cubic meter.
