All system and components inspected and described herein are considered serviceable and/or functional
except as indicated in the survey report and recommendations section. If a component is not identified in this
report, it was not inspected.

Hull Bottom:
Construction material: Molded fiberglass, No cracks or separation sighted on any portion of hull bottom
Bottom paint: Last anti-fouling bottom paint was done in 2016. Barnacle sighted.
Osmotic blistering: NO evidence of blister found on hull bottom during bottom inspection.
Moisture/Delamination: Small patches delamination at port bow around bow thruster.
Strainers/Scoops/Screens: All strainers/screens are well secured to hull bottom. Barnacle sighted.

Transducers: Transducers for speed and depth are adequately sealed and bonded to the hull. The speed transducer
not sighted.
Thru Hull fittings: Mushroom type and rectangle type bronze fittings for all below Water Line Sea cock locations.
Well secured to hull bottom.
Earthing Plate: Barnacle sighted. Well secured.
Underwater light: Sighted but unable to test functionaty.

Strut(s): Fair condition, Barnacle sighted
Cutlass (shaft) bearing(s): Fair condition, Barnacle sighted.

RUDDER type/condition: No abnormal horizontal or fore/aft movement in rudders. No cracks or bending or
damage sighted in rudders.
Rudder alignment/swing: Unable to swing.
TRIM TABS, STABILIZER AND THRUSTER SYSTEMS
TRIM TABS: Barnacle sighted and missing of Zinc anode.
STABILIZER: Not Sighted

Thruster systems: Bow and stern thruster, barnacle sighted, able to rotate freely and unable to test functional or
not.
ANODES Shaft: Not sighted.
ANODES Rudder: Not sighted.
ANODES Props: Good condition.
ANODES THRUSTER: Good condition.
ANODES Trim tabs: Zinc anode need immediate replacement
ANODES stern hull: Zinc anode need immediate replacement
Anode notes: Monitor all anodes frequently on hull and underwater equipment and replace when they are no
more than 50% wasted. Anodes are normal replacement items designed to help protect the running gear from
electrolysis. Keep spares aboard vessel.
Air-condition water cooling system: Barnacle sighted

Throttle controls: At Pilothouse, tested. It needed to select (SEL) station function.

CONDITION & VALUE SUMMARY
DECLARATION:
Rating of vessel condition was determined upon completion and review of all reported survey information
including recommendations and comparing vessel to the same or similar age models. Possible vessel condition
ratings are as follows: ·
EXCELLENT - Essentially as new
ABOVE AVERAGE - Has had above average care with no obvious defects or limitations. ·
AVERAGE - Ready for sale but needs some maintenance or repairs, updates or cleaning. ·
BELOW AVERAGE - Needs significant maintenance, repair or service.
Estimated fair market value was determined by cross referencing data from yacht sale market and other
brokerage listings or local dealers. Adjustments are then made for condition or equipment as necessary. The fair
market value is for the vessel in its current condition prior to any repairs or maintenance.
Estimated replacement cost was determined using information obtained from local dealer prices using the same
or similar make and model with similar equipment options.
