Acts of Kindness

Your task is:

- Tell us how you have shown kindness towards someone. For example, made

you mum a cup of tea and told her that you love her, sent a card or a kind

message to a friend to cheer them up, called your grandparents or raised

money for the NHS. There are so many ways that you can shown acts of

kindness.

- Tell us how the person reacted, who received your act of kindness.

- Tell us how it made you feel after showing the act of kindness

- Tell us what your plans are for more acts of kindness.

- Present this in any way you like: a short video, photos, draw pictures or a

comic strip or PowerPoint. It’s up to you!

- Please look on the next slide for details on how to send it in to us.
