on more than 1,000 square meters new masses, proce-

dures, product forms, formpress, cutting and enrobing

technologies are tested and demonstrated on behalf of

the customer. The aim is to determine the most economi-

production, forming, cooling, cutting and enrobing line is

in operation.

continuous production systems from the raw material to

the packaging plant for almost any bar or praline mass

can be supplied. The conception of the plants is effected

individually according to capacity demand and produc-

tion program. In this context the development of new

procedures for producing products becomes increasingly

more valuable.

Exemplarily the process schematics of the forming,

cooling, cutting and enrobing line as well as the nougat

and caramel production lines indicate the range of

possibilities.

Dosing, weighing, mixing, cooking, aeratingWith Bühler you can experience process technology for

batch-wise and continuous dosing, dissolving, cooking,

whipping and mixing systems for all types of aerated

and unaerated bars as well as for binding masses for

the production of cereal bars. Corresponding recipes

areavailable.Fortheproductionofmassesitdoesnot

matter whether they contain raw additions such as nuts,

almonds, raisins, pieces of fruits, crisp or puffed rice.

Extruding, forming, cuttingBühler delivers forming machinery that works completely

pressureless for the production of pressure-sensitive or

whippedmasses.Formpressesareavailableforsolid,

viscous masses with or without any raw additions. Vari-

ous products are formed immediately after cooking and

are then tempered for an optimal cutting capability by

indirect and direct cooling to a constant product tem-

perature.Forcuttinglongitudinalandtransversalcutting

machines are available which are also suitable for very

sticky masses.

Tempering, enrobing, coolingSpecially aligned enrobing technique consisting of

tempering and enrobing machines, cooling tunnels and

accessories. The enrobing machine Chocoat is available

in two-color execution for dark and white chocolate.

The processing of pressure-sensitive masses to endless

mass slabs or strands is just as well a requirement as the

forming of masses whose applied pressure should be

individuallyadjustable.Forthatreasonarangeofforming

systems is developped, that is properly applied and ca-

pable to form up to three different masses simultaneously.

ized machines that cut even sticky masses longitudinally

and laterally.
