Sebuah potensiometer putar memiliki hambatan sebesar 10kΩ, sudut putaran penuh sebesar 270derajad, dipakaisebagai sensor posisi sudut putar lengan robot. Potensiodiberi catu dari sumber tegangan 5V dc. Lengan robot bisa bergerak dari 30 derajad hingga 120 derajad. Tegangan keluaran potensiometer dihubungkan kerangkaian pengondisi sinyal. Saat sudut putar 30 derajad, keluaran pengondisi sinyal adalah 0,5882 V, dan pada saat sudut putar sebesar 120 derajad, tegangankeluaran pengondisi sinyal adalah 2,3529 V.
