M2i provides advisory services to maintain gender sensitive workplaces that are free of harassment. Some of our offerings are: Workshops for Companies’ Staff on POSH M2i provides workshops for the staff to create awareness on POSH, inform about the rights of women staff and guide on prevention of such cases in their companies. E-learning module on POSH M2i through its training website www.m2itrainings.com and mobile training application imparts web based, self-paced training programs.

The training is imparted through video course module deployment that can be accessed on mobile phones.

Implementation of POSH Act in Companies: We help Companies implement elements of POSH in the Company by designing appropriate policies, training staff on POSH, helping to constitute “Internal Complaints Committee”(ICC), training the ICC members and report on POSH. Workshops for ICC members on POSH M2i conducts workshops for ICC members and senior management on “Complaint Handling and Employer Responsibility in line with POSH. The workshop addresses the compliances required to be followed with the POSH Act.

Ruchika Bammi Ruchika is a fellow from Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal and an MBA from Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater Noida. Ruchika has an experience of over 7 years in the field of research, capacity building and advisory. Ruchika has a keen interest in Microfinance, Financial Literacy and Gender studies.
