Dissertation of Master Degree: this project was for atemporary home and rehabilitation facility for homelesspeople in Budapest.The building was to be located in a less affluent Budapestneighbourhood. The development is overlooking otherresidential units and street access so it was necessary todevelop a friendly atmosphere and colourful facade. Thefunctional requirements included specific areas fordaytime recreation, short term accommodation and longterm living. The design concept was to provide occupantswith safe refuge and stable accomodation needs forimmediate and long term.

After 8 years of valuable workexperience I decided to worktowards gaining a Masters Degree inacrhitecture an MSc. In 2014, whilstworking for Budars Local Council Igraduated from the University of Pcswith my MSc. This is my conceptdesign on the subject of "residentialhomes". My task was to design ahigh-end residential home for amiddle aged wealthy couple who likewide interior spaces. I planned thehigh-end residential home with anemphasis on comfort, space andsecurity.

I started to working with XXLArchitect Ltd in August of 2008. AtXXL I worked mainly on public andresidential buildings.This project is the first that Imanaged on my own. I organisedand attended project meetings withthe investor and engaged withstructural, mechanical, electrical andfire service engineers to ensuresuitability and compliance. As theproject manager, I had to workclosely with my architectural andengineering colleagues to deliverexecution design documentation anddetail drawings which included build-ups, roofing, metal, railing, stairs,stone works and fenestrationschedules.This is one of the projects that I ammost proud of.The overall project cost was app.47M GBPwww.xxlarchitect.hu

Whilst at Konstruma Ltd, I also workedon several Tesco hypermarket projects.I was tasked with tender delivery,execution of design documentation(various detail drawings) along with fireprotection documentation. To executedelivery of this documentation packageit was necessary to cooperate andengage with structural, mechanical andelectrical engineers so I was heavilyinvolved in project meetings with theseprofessional colleagues.The overall project cost was app. 54MGBPwww.konstruma.hu
