description
Poetic Licence was the first poetry magazine in Cleveland (UK) in the modern age. Created by Ann Wainwright and Pamela Hutson of Billingham in 1982, it ran until 1985, publishing at first only Cleveland Writers and soon became part of the National and International Small Press network. This is the third issue of this bi-monthly magazine.
