Our vacuum feedthrough-flange assemblies are compatible with UHV environment. As they feature build in adaptors, they eliminate the use of stand-alone PM adaptors and easy attachment onto patch-cords with PM/FC termination. Their sophisticated mechanical design allows for easy removal of feedthroughs from a flange as well as easy disassembly of individual feedthroughs, which provides for easy replacement of any part of the whole assembly.
