Reeardture. FlDd to the SPs:

1. Against query of the State Election Commissionet, both the SPs

submitted that their revised estimate of fund viz. Rs. 1'16.00 lakhs by SP, Diphu

and Rs. 146.00lakhs by SP, flamren were worked out taking into consideration of

various factors viz. - (a) expenditure in the last Assembly Election, O) exEnt of

police deplqment and tk{r remursation as p€r norms, (c) €nlrarrced hiring charges of

vehicles in hilly areas et.The DIG of Police, Dphu stad that t€ rcvised estimates submitd by

both the SPs appeared b be iustified considsing similar exbnt of expendiure in rhe last
