Customer Giveaways

During the event, we like to display possible prizes for customers in an area of our show. Guests can bid on your prizes for a silent auction, which goes to help the Dominican Outreach! We want to open the donations up to our vendors. This is a great way to promote your products and donate to the Dominican Outreach. Include your card to your product so the winners and people looking can come find you for more info! Please indicate on your application if you would be willing to donate something, as this is not a requirement of our vendors.

About the Dominican Outreach

The proceeds of this event (your donations, prize donations, and sales from our food booth) go to Mason County Reformed Church’s Dominican Republic Outreach! This is a project that has become one of my deepest passions and continues to grow with each year we send a team. Over the past 13 years, MCRC has had teams build houses, build a kitchen for kids in need of meals, run a sponsorship program, and has recently helped build a church in a community in great need of a safe place to go. We would love to share more information with you about this awesome project that has impacted not only the people in the Dominican Republic, but those who have followed the call to go as well! This year, we are offering you the opportunity to donate to this project further. This is OPTIONAL, and we promise to still love you if this isn’t what you want to do. If you are interested, please indicate on the appropriate check box on your application, and we’ll finalize this the day of the event if you’re still interested! Thank you for simply participating in this event, as it is also a help! Contact Information
