occasions. Thank you so much for selecting our towels for your special days. Please read below carefully.

As you see below all our fonts and thread colors for embroidery have a unique codes. These below color

codes are not valid for the towels. These codes are just valid for embroidery threads and fonts. Color codes

of the towels are on the photos of Etsy’s description page. If you purchased some towels that doesn’t have

any code then please use the title of the listings.

Please read below all the texts.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PERSONALIZATION:

Please keep in mind that we need instructions as shown below. We will ship what we see in instructions.

PLEASE THINK THAT AS IF WE ARE A DIGITAL ROBOT AND WE KNOW JUST LANGUAGE OF NUMBERS.

Please make sure that you spicified names,towels,fonts and threads in the form of codes in instructions as

shown below !

address! Please provide us your instructions maximum in one week!

PLEASE DON’T PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS AS SHOWN BELOW. We need to know codes.

Cursive Font (same font as your second photo on the towel that says "Danielle" and "Samantha")”

We have so many girls on photos. We have so many girl’s photo. We really can not understand who is 2nd

girl on the left!

And also we have have so many "Danielle" and "Samantha" on the towels. So that we can not understand

which font you want.

EXAMPLE 2.

Hi. I need MAVERICKS embroidered in block lettering in the color Maroon for these 2 Turkish towels pls.

INITIALS & MONOGRAMMING

(We use one of our fonts and make the center initial larger)

If your name is Sarah Anne Clark then please provide us just “SCA”. We will write "C" slightly bigger. If we

need to write 3 letters monogramming middle letter will be bigger. If your name is Sarah Anne Clark then

instructions must be as shown below for monogramming.

1- SCA..... #13 pink towel, Font: #41,thread #18

Above kind initials monogramming is not circle monogramming and it’s free. If you want circle

monogramming we have to charge extra and you need to contact us for details.

3 letter monogramming is free even if it's consist of all caps.

LIMITATIONS FOR FREE PERSONALISATION

THESE ARE FREE ! As you know we offer free personalization just for one word name or date.

Each towel has not to say the same thing in order for it to be free.

It’s not extra to order multiple colors in the order. You can select any towel and any thread. And also you can

select any font for any towel.

No extra charge for Mrs. And Mr.

THESE ARE NOT FREE ! If you don't tell us something else except first letter all the letters will be written with lowercase letters.

You can not select “ALL WORDS ARE IN ALL CAPS”. We have to charge extra for this. For example

We don’t charge to write “Juliet” But we have to charge extra to write “JULIET”.

We don’t concider these as one word:

DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING

We need extra time to make the embroidery ! Please keep in mind that 3-5 business days shipping is not

valid for personalized towels. Please contact us before you order and get expected time of arrival (ETA).

You will be notified when we ship your towels. If you received today shipping notification it means you must

be received your towels in 2-5 business days. If you don’t receive in 2-5 busines days it means there is

something went worng about shipping. May be UPS couldn’t find you at the address that you provided us.

Please track your package and if you don’t receive your package on time let us know about it.

PACKAGE NEED TO BE SIGNED!

(UNREMOVABLE)

Delivery requires a signature so you might want to have it shipped to work if you are not going to be home

during the day. We can not ship your package without signature requirement! It’s impossible for

international delivery. ETSY dosen’t allow us to ship without signature requirement. If ETSY asks us we need

to show them your signature as a prof of delivery. We can not cancel signature requirement! Please don’t

ask fort this ! It dosen’t have to be your sign. Any adult sign at the address would be great.

UPS can not leave your package to your front door or backyard. Please don’t ask for this. But you can

provide us your address as shown below:

If you don’t receive on expected delivery time you need to call your local UPS facility and you need to pick up

from your local UPS facilitiy. There is other way. So sorry about that. We can not remove signature

requirement ! Once we ship your towels we can not change the shipping address.

A PHONE NUMBER IS REQUIRED ! In order to ship your items we need a phone number for international delivery. We don’t ship personalized

towels without a phone number ! UPS may need your phone number especially if they can not find you at

the address that you provide us. Please keep in mind that we don't ship to any “PO BOX” address.

DIMENSATOINS OF LETTERS ! (IMPORTANT WARNING)

Lettering on all towels are not uniform. Some letters are bigger and some letters are smaller. We can not

adjust THE HEIGHTH and WIDTH of the letters perfectly in consistent for all your towels.

As you know so many of our towels have already white stripes. In order to avoid overlapping with white

stripes the size of letters can be reduce or increase significantly.

Average embroidery height is 2 inches (5 cm) for uppercase letters for bath size towels.

Due to the length of people’s names THE HEIGHTH and WIDTH of letters can not be consistent for each

towel. Thickness of letters can not be consistent for each towel.

The letters on hand size towels will be smaller than standart size bath towels.

Dimensation of letters are mainly depends on 3 things:

a- Quantity of the letters.

b- If the name has one of these “y g j p” tailed letters then height of the letters must be smaller. Due to

white stripes on the towels the area is limited. In order to avoid overlapping we have to write little

smaller than normal.

c- Depends on the font.

The place of personalization is on the towel is end of the towel near tassels.

Size of letters can not be reason for return or refund. Actually there is no return or refund for our

personalized towels!

ABOUT FONTS & ALPHABET We can write with just English alphabet. We can not write such as this letters "Ë".

Please see below that numbers are not available for some fonts below. If you select that kind font then we

are not able to write all numbers and dates such as 2019.

We recommend you to select thicker fonts for all diamond pattern towels. Due to nature of diamond pattern

fabric thicker fonts will be better.

Some of below fonts are just a demo fonts. So that we may not write some symbols such as “ & # If

your texts consists of some symbols please contact us.

Not all but some of our cursive font letters do not connect as shown in this PDF file. There is some space

between them. And it’s completely normal. It’s because all embroidery machines dosen’t see the fonts as

computers see.

ABOUT EMBROİDEY THREADS Please do not select white thread for white towels or gray thread for gray towels.

Embroidery thread is not made of cotton. Cotton is not a good idea for embroidery works.

OVERLAPPING WITH WHITE STRIPES

So many of our towels have white threads or white stripes. In order to avoid overlapping I recommend you

not to select white thread. Overlapping is impossible for one Word. But it is inevitable if you order more

than one word. And also overlapping is inevitable for small hand size towels and for round towels.

Finally I would like to remind you that as far as I know nobody offer free personalisation for Turkish Towels

on etsy. Average value of personalisation (not the towel) is around 8-10 USD and we provide this service for

free.
