The bulletin boards have new designs and fun pictures. The weather has been beautiful, but smoky for the start of the year. It’s going to be a great year; we’re counting on it! Dear Parents, Your child will be participating in Physical Education (PE) here at Gilbert Park Elementary. To ensure that all children have success and are safe in their PE classes, it is vital that they come properly dressed. On your child’s scheduled PE days the recommended dress is: rubber soled shoes (tennis shoes) and pants and tops appropriate for PE. If a student chooses to wear a skirt /dress on PE days, please have your child wear shorts or leggings underneath. I appreciate your help in making sure that your student comes prepared each time we meet for PE. The PE rules are easy~ Work hard! Be kind! Have fun! Please see the information below for you child’s PE days. If you have any questions please call me, at x5047 here at Gilbert Park.
