2nd gaming event- July 25, 2012: 10am-3pm
The Games: Wii archery, bowling, frisbee, & golf
The Players: 5 teams of 4, 20 individuals (open to 32 teams-128 individuals) Both staff & students participated equally
Publicity & Cost: Advertised on the Library website, facebook, posters, signs, employee email, an across-campus “torch relay”, “The Lookout” (student newspaper) & LCC radio
$480: prizes, food, & publicity $440: in-kind donations received
Outcomes: Great teambuilding event for library staff. Team sign up seemed to be a deterrent- may offer individual
pre-registration in future

The library summer games were a great way for my coworkers and I to focus on fun team building. It was also nice to attend the games at the library and mingle with other members of LCC. The food and drinks were a great addition that I didn't expect. Nice work!
