Cure the Coronavirus: Prayer Prayer to St. Roch: O Blessed Saint Roch,
Patron of the sick, Have pity on those Who lie upon a bed of suffering. Your power was so
great When you were in this world, That by the sign of the Cross, Many were healed of their diseases. Now that you are in heaven, Your
power is not less. Offer, then, to God Our sighs and tears And obtain for us that health we seek Through Christ our Lord. Amen. (Repeat the
following 3 times) Saint Roch, pray for us, That we may be preserved From all diseases of body
and soul.

Everyone except the teachers, who will be lining the parade route, needs to absolutely remain in your vehicles. The school building will not be open at this time for any rea-son. Come and join the staff in celebrating our school and our school families. Distance Learning During this time St. Nicholas Catholic School has been dealing with a challenge much like many schools in the United States due to health issues brought on by COVID-19 also known as the coronavirus. Our teachers and staff have transferred into a Distance Learn-ing Program. Our Distance Learning Program will help our students receive quality instruction by completing assignments that teachers provide via internet. Our Goals in this program are: ● Offer the best support to students learning from home
● Minimize potential learning gaps as a result of school closure ● Provide resources to families ● Help kids stay in healthy routines
St. Nicholas Catholic School remains committed to providing your child learning materials and support during these challenging times. We are keeping students and families at the center of our efforts by planning for learning and staying connected to you. In our efforts to do so, we have arranged a" curbside pickup". This "curbside pickup" will be once a week. All the Teachers (Pre-K through Sixth grade) will be providing a homework packet with an entire week's worth of homework. If you have missed the first week of homework packet please contact your child's teacher. *In order to get every child's homework in a timely manner, please contact your child's teacher with any ques-tions. When you pull up to the school please line up on the inside of the orange cones by the sidewalk. Please display the sign you were given of your child's name in your car window when you come for a packet pickup, so we can get your material out to you quickly.
