Selection Procedure

As per the specific requirement of our clients, a systematic procedure is being followed so that the

right candidate is made available, who can fit the required criteria.

We identify the specific areas/ sites where we could locate the suitable personnel.

We then use our computerised data bank, personal contacts and/ or advertise in regional newspapers

to invite the applicants.

Our senior staff is capable of handling recruitment at all the levels. We scrutinize all the applications,

do screening, preselect and conduct interviews to select the final lot. For certain skilled trades such as

carpenters, masons, steel fixers and electricians etc., we also substantiate our selection by conducting

specific trade tests (practical tests) under the supervision of experts. As we have our own trade test

centers in various parts of India, we always ensure that we are equipped with the latest tools and

gadgets to be more effective in the selection process. But our clients are more than welcome in case

they want to visit our office and/ or trade test centers to make final selection.

Once we receive the list of selected candidates from the client, we send these candidates for a strict

medical check-up from a recognized medical centre. Scanned copy of their medical report is sent to

the client for visa processing.

On receiving the visas we clear all the formalities such as emigration, ticketing etc in the shortest time

possible.

History

The founder, Mr. J.P. Sharma, hit upon the idea of providing human resource to Middle East

countries in the year 1975, providing vast opportunities to various people so that they could not only

earn good money but helping them enhance their skills and gain useful experience. For the hiring

companies it was a way forward to tap the vast pool of talent available beyond their boundaries. Thus

bridging the gap between the two parts of the world provided ample opportunities and benefits on

either side. Over the years the change in technology and business environment has brought a lot of

changes in the way we conduct our day-to-day business.
