Must document that reasonable efforts weremade to source PCM in 2006:
1. List of resin suppliers contacted & summary of discussions
2. Mutually agreed upon specs & test methods for PCM samples
3. Test results or other documentation demonstrating that the PCM did not meet quality standards
4. Written explanation of why each sample of PCM was rejected
5. Written description from the supplier describing the quality of the rejected PCM sample
