© INTES 2018 Invitation to attend the PERMAS Users’ Conference on April 12-13, 2018 in Stuttgart INTES cordially invites you to attend the forthcoming 14th PERMAS Users’ Conference at the Schwabenland- halle in Fellbach near Stuttgart. An interesting and diversified program of presentations provides a perfect opportunity to hear about new appli- cations and new software developments. As usual, suf- ficient time will be allocated to exchange experiences with other users and to discuss your points of interest with developers of PERMAS. Beside numerous customer contributions, a few presen- tations will show applications of newest PERMAS deve- lopments. Almost all contributions are presented by the PERMAS user community and addresses an international audien- ce. The conference language is English. The program of the conference is attached in the current state. An accompanying exhibition will highlight the environ- ment of PERMAS applications. Registration Please register by March 29, 2018, using the attached form. A letter confirming your registration will be instantly forwarded to you. Conference fee The conference fee is EUR 320. For each two participants from the same organisation one additional person can attend free of charge, when all three participants are registered together. University staff will pay only EUR 160. Presenters are free of charge. VAT must still be added to all fees, if applicable. The conference fee includes conference proceedings, beverages, coffee breaks, attendance in the presentations, lunch on both days and a social event. Cancellation policy Cancellations received by March 9, 2018 will be re- funded 100%. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any cancellation received at a later date. Of course, you can nominate a substitute for the registered person instead. Vegetarian food Meals offered during the conference will include vegetable dishes.
