An astute Chartered accountant, he keeps finance controls and compliances in line with the organizational strategy. In his previous work with the Withya group, he has seen several seen the successful transition of several start-ups in the Withya incubator. The client is one of India’s fastest growing Insurance companies. It has been estimated that customer growth is better than any private insurance company in India. The client has branches spread across different locations across the country. There were multiple processes being followed at each branch at Recruitment stage and the client was not able to standardize the same. The processes and policies were also not centralized and harmonized. The various channels were not optimized & the feedback process to a long time thus impacting the candidate experience. The purpose of Recruitment shared services outsourcing was to have a SLA driven standard Recruitment procedure across regions.
