1.TheOrganizerreservestherighttorefusetoimplementanorderwithoutanapprovedelectricaldiagramoftheExhibitor. 2.Aprojectofthefloorplancontainingmarkedelectricityoutletsandthetotalpowerinputformanintegralpartofanorder. 3.Powersupplyupto2kW(asingle-phaseline230V(10A))endswithasinglesocket230V,whichisusedfortheconnection ofanindividualappliance.Inthecaseofrepeatedtrippingofthecircuitbreaker,itisnotallowedtoputthewiringinto operationwithoutincreasingthepowerinputandpaymentofaninvoice. 4.Thetotalpowerinputisunderstoodtobethepowerinputofallappliancesconnectedtotheoutletinlinewiththeproject documentation. 5.TheExhibitor/ContractorundertakestodeliveranordertotheOrganiserbythesetdeadline,accordingtotheCatalogueof Services,includingtheprojectdocumentation,withmarkedelectricityoutletsandpowerinputlevel. 6.TheExhibitor/Contractorundertakestoputinchargeofinstallingthewiringoftheexpositiononlyaprofessionalcompany possessingauthorisationinlinewithRegulation718/2002Coll.andwithaTradeLicenceorhisownqualifiedworkerinline withtherespectiveregulation. 7.TheExhibitor/Contractorundertakesnottoprovideelectricitytootherentities.Uponfailuretocomplywiththisprovision,the Organizerwilldisconnectthemainelectricitysupplyoutlet. 8.DirectionandlocationofthesourceoftheelectricitysupplyshallbedeterminedbytheOrganizer. 9.Pricesoforderedservices: -afterthedeadlineasurchargeof10%applies -afterthecommencementdateofassemblyworksasurchargeof50%applies -onthelastdayofassemblyasurchargeof100%applies 10.Asurchargeof100%appliestothecancellationofanorderafterthedeadline. 11.TheOrganizerreservestheexclusiverightnottoacceptanyorderofservicesplacedafterthedeadline.

CONDITIONS FOR ELECTRICITY CONNECTION AND SUPPLY

1.TheExhibitor/Contractorundertakestosubmittheorder,togetherwiththeelectricaldiagramoftheexposition,bythesetdeadline. The Form2.4maybeused tomark locationof theelectricaloutlet in theprojectdocumentationof theexposition. In cases where the order is placed after thedeadline,theOrganizerdoesnotguaranteethatconnectionswillbeinstalledontherequesteddate.

2.A230/400Vpowersupplylineendswitha3-phasesocketCEE 3+A+PE (32 A/5 or 63A/5) (five holes).The Exhibitor/Contractorundertakestoconnectthepowerdistributionboxoftheexpositionbyanauthorizedpersonoracompanythatcarries out the installation ofwiring at the exposition.TheExhibitorhasthepossibilitytoorderaseparateconnectionof an exhibit to an individual supply line. The Organiserprovides supply lines for the consumption of electricity upto40kW(max.63A).Theswitchingonandoffofthesupplyof electricity (operation of expositions) is specified in theOrganisationalGuidelines.

3. For refrigerators, it is possible to order a separate(uninterruptible) power supply line that endswith a singlephasesocket230V,securedbya2Afuse.

4.TheExhibitor/Contractorundertakestoseparatelyspecifypowersupplylinesofhigherpowerinput,aswellasspecialrequirementsforthepowersupply.TheOrganiserreservestherightnottoprovidesuchpowersupply.

5.PowersupplylinesareprovidedexclusivelybytheOrganiser.Thesupplylinesarerentedintheformofalease.

6.TheinstallationoftheinternalwiringoftheexpositionmaybemadefortheExhibitor:a.bytheOrganiser,ifheistheContractoroftheexposition;b.qualifiedstaffoftheExhibitor/Contractororathirdpartyunderthefollowingtermsandconditions:•TheExhibitorisfullyliableforthemakingandconditionoftheinternalwiring.InstallationworksmustbecarriedoutinlinewiththeelectricalengineeringregulationsandprovisionsofstandardscurrentlyapplicableinSlovakia–STS332000-7-711andthe‘RegulationfortheMakingandOperationofTemporaryElectricEquipment’ in theexhibitioncentre.Thecompliance of electric equipment andobjectsmade in linewithotherregulations,e.g.,DIN,VDE,ENor ICE, isdecideduponbytheInspectionEngineerwithintheconductingoftheinitial inspection (Professional inspection and professionaltestofelectricequipment).• The Exhibitor/Contractor undertakes that the installationoftheinternalelectricallinesoftheexpositionwillbemadeonly by a competent professional company in line withRegulationNo.718/2002Coll.andwithaTradeLicencefortheinstallationofwiring.•The Exhibitor/Contractor undertakes to be fully liable foranydamagecausedtotheexhibitionhallsoftheOrganiser,expositions and/or exhibitors’ exhibits due to poorworkmanshiporunprofessional installationofwiringof theexposition.

7. The Exhibitor/Contractor undertakes that the displayedexhibitsandotherelectricappliancesconnectedtothemains

havevalidinspectionreportsorcertificatesofquality,etc.TheExhibitor/Contractorisliableforthesafeoperationofelectricequipment.

8.Beforebeingputintooperation(undervoltage),thewiringmust be checked by the Inspection Engineer authorisedby the Organiser to verify that it complies with the aboveregulations.Exhibitor/Contractorundertakesto immediatelyremoveanyfounddefects.

9. In cases where the above conditions are breached, theOrganiserreservestherightnottoconnectelectricequipmentand/or to disconnect electricity supply for the equipmentalreadyinoperation.Insuchcases,thereisnocompensationfortheimplementationofthepowersupplyandinstallation.The Organiser will charge the Exhibitor/Contractor for theincurredcosts.

CONDITIONS FOR WATER CONNECTION AND SUPPLY

1.Thewater supply inexpositionwillbeavailableno laterthan twodaysbefore thecommencementof theexhibitionevent.

2.TheExhibitor/Contractorundertakesnottoprovidewatertootherentities.Uponfailuretocomplywiththisprovision,theOrganizerwilldisconnectthemainwatersupplyoutlet.

3. In case theExhibitor fails tomeet the lastdeadline, theOrganizerreservestherighttorefusetoimplementanorderfortheprovisionofwatersupply.

4.DirectionandlocationofthewatersupplysourceshallbedeterminedbytheOrganizer.

CONDITIONS FOR COMPRESSED AIR CONNECTION AND SUPPLY

1.Portablecompressedairstationsshallbeusedatallopenairlocations.

2. Requested locations will be supplied with compressedairno laterthanonedaybeforethecommencementoftheexhibitionevent.

3. The Exhibitor/Contractor undertakes not to providecompressed air to other entities. Upon failure to complywith this provision, theOrganizerwill disconnect themaincompressedairsupplyoutlet.

4.DirectionandlocationofthesourceofthecompressedairsupplyshallbedeterminedbytheOrganizer.

■ NOTICE 1. The Organiser reserves the exclusive right to handle the material and exhibits in the exhibition centre by fork-lifts, handlers, cranes, etc. 2. The Exhibitor/Organiser undertakes to make the payment for the forwarding and handling services in advance on the basis of a pre-payment invoice. In case the Exhibitor/Contractor fails to present a proof of the payment for the ordered services, the Organizer will not provide the forwarding services. 3. The Organizer reserves the right not to accept duly ordered services on grounds of incorrect packaging and placement of goods or exhibits. 4. Prices of ordered services: - after the deadline a surcharge of 10% applies - after the commencement date of assembly works a surcharge of 50% applies - on the last day of assembly a surcharge of 100% applies 5. TECHNICALANDSAFETYREGULATIONS 9.1

IntheinterestofthesafecourseofexhibitioneventsorganisedonthesiteofInchebaa.s.,theOrganiserhas issuedtheseTECHNICALANDSAFETYREGULATIONS,whichexhibitors,contractorsofexpositionsandotherparticipants,whoentertheexhibitioncentreduringthe assembly, course of an exhibition event and/or disassembly of an exhibition event,undertaketoobserve.

I.TECHNICALCONDITIONS1.WorksconnectedwiththeassemblyanddisassemblyofexpositionsshallbecarriedoutinlinewiththeseTechnicalandSafetyRegulationsandsafetyprovisionsofapplicableSlovakstandardsandregulationsinthefield.2.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallensurethatthatanyassembledmulti-storeyexpositionmeetsthesafetyrequirementsoffireprotectionandstatics.3.TheExhibitorshallensurethatrearandsidewallstoadjacentexpositionsabovethebaseexpositionheightof3marefinishedaswhitesurfaces,sothattheydonotaestheticallydisturbtheadjacentexpositions.ExceptionsinthecolourofsuchwallsarepossibleonlyupontheOrganiser’swrittenconsent.Thefloorplanofarentedexhibitionareamaynotbe exceeded, evenat the level of the ceiling structureof the exposition. If parts of theexposition or banners are suspended from the ceiling structures of the exhibition hallswheresuchsuspensionispermitted,astructuraldesigner’sopinionshallbesubmittedandthesuspensionmayonlybecarriedoutbytheOrganiser’sworkersorpersonsandentitiesdelegatedbytheOrganiser.UponrequestbytheOrganiser,theExhibitor/Contractorshallsubmitanopinionofastructuraldesigneralsoincasesofcomplexexpositionsandbanners,multi-storeyexpositions,customizedandspecialstructures,4.Itisforbiddentopouroils,residualpaintsorothertoxicsubstances,whichmaypolluteorotherwiseendangertheenvironment, intosewerageoutlets,washbasinsorsinks.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallremovesuchunusedsubstancesfromtheexhibitioncentreandensuretheirdisposalathisownexpense.5.Afterthedisassembly,theExhibitor/Contractorshalldisposeofandremovefloorlining(carpets,PVC),includingducttape,athisownexpense.6.TheExhibitor/Contractorundertakesnottopostinformationorpromotionalmaterialsonwallsoftheexhibitionhalls,windowsorotherstructuresoftheOrganiser.7.TheExhibitor/Contractorundertakes tonotdisassemblethestandor removeexhibitsbeforetheendoftheexhibitionevent.8. Upon failure to observe hours allocated for assembly and disassemblyworks by theExhibitor/Contractor, the Organiser shall follow Article VI(5) of the General Terms andConditionsofParticipation.9.Gatesandroadentrancestotheexhibitioncentreduringtheassembly,courseoftheexhibitioneventanddisassemblyworksarespecifiedintheOrganisationalGuidelinesoftheindividualexhibitionevents.10.Upon failure tomeet these conditions by the Exhibitor/Contractor, theOrganiser isentitledtoimposesanctions.

II.FIREPROTECTION1.SmokingandopenflamesareprohibitedontheOrganiser’spremises.2. The Exhibitor/Contractor shall not to use polystyrene foam, plastic films, synthetictextiles,cane,straw,paper,cardboard,etc.fortheassemblyoftheexposition,wall,ceilingorbanner.Allflammablestructuralmaterialsusedfortheassemblyoftheexposition,wallandceilingfillingandmaterialswiththeroofingorcasingfunction,includingdecorations,mustnotbemadeofmaterialswithaflammabilitygradeofC2orC3,orsuchmaterialsmustbefireproof.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallrefrainfromusingsuchmaterialsforroofandceilingstructuresofexpositionsmaterialsthatdripormeltwhenexposedtofire.Beforethestartofwork,theExhibitor/ContractorshallsubmittotheDesignSectionandtothefireprotectiontechnicianavalidprotocol(certificate)ofanaccreditedtestinginstituteoraprotocolofanauthorisedcompanyonthetreatmentoftheusedflammablematerialagainstfire(includingthespecificationofthetreatmentagentused)andasampleofthetreatedmaterial.TheExhibitor/Contractorundertakes to refrain fromusingdecorativematerialsmadeofplastics,whichdonothaveaself-extinguishingmodification(polystyrene,plasticfilms, PMMA, polycarbonate, etc.).When building a customized exposition or a bannerexceeding3mwiththeuseofflammablematerials,theExhibitor/Contractorundertakesto demonstrate fire resistance, which may not exceed 45 kg/m2, using an applicableSlovaktechnicalstandard(STS)todemonstratethecalculationofthefireresistanceandtheflammabilityclass.Advertisementsplacedabovetheexposition(balloons,etc.)mustbeapprovedseparately,andtheExhibitor/Contractorshallensurethatthefollowingconditionsareobserved: a.bannersmaynotexceedtheallowedheightspecifiedbytheOrganiser; b.bannersmaynotbeplacedaboveroadsorsuspendedfromstructuresoftheexhibition hallswithoutapprovalbytheOrganiserandthesuspensionshallbecarriedoutonly bytheOrganiser’sworkersorbypersonsorentitiesauthorisedbytheOrganiser; c.onlynon-flammableandnon-explodinggasesmaybeusedforfilling.3.Welding, burning, hardfacing and thermal cutting are prohibited on the Organiser’spremiseswithouthispriorwrittenconsent.SuchworksmaybecarriedoutonlybypersonswhopossessacertificateauthorisingthemforsuchworksinlinewiththeapplicablelawsoftheSlovakRepublic.TheExhibitor/ContractorundertakestostartsuchworksonlywiththewrittenconsentoftheOrganiserandonlyafterreceivinganopinionfromtheemployeeofthedepartmentresponsibleforthefireprotectionandoccupationalsafetyandhealth(OSH).4. In the exhibition centre, it is forbidden to spray or coat surfaceswith nitrocelluloselacquersortocleananyequipmentwithflammableliquids.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallnotcarryoutsuchworksintheexhibitionhalls.5.Works inwhichsmallflammablewaste isproduced (woodchips, sawdust, etc.)maybeallowedby theOrganiser,provided that themachineryand toolsusedareequippedwithbagsorsuctiondevices.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallensurethatduringsuchworksflammablewastewillbeclearedcontinuously.6.Inexhibitionhalls,itisforbiddentoplaceoroperatepressurizedcylinders,containersor equipment containing flammable or combustion supporting gasses. The Exhibitor/Contractorshallensurethatsuchequipmentisnotusedintheexhibitionhalls.

7.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallensurethattheuseofthermalappliancesofanytypeisallowedonlyuponcomplyingwiththefollowingconditions: a.Theappliancesmustbein100%technicalconditionandmaybeusedonlyforthe purposestheyweremadefor; b.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallensureobservanceofsafedistancesinalldirections aroundthermalappliances;safedistancesmustbeobservedinalldirectionsfrom buildingstructures,flammableitemsandmaterial(dependingofthetypeoffuel) specifiedbytheproducerintheappliancedocumentationorinanapplicable regulation“Technicalconditionsandrequirementsfortheoperationofthermal appliances”, c.Ifthisconditioncannotbemetduetospaceconstrictions,flammablestructures mustbesecuredbynon-flammable,thermallyinsulatedlining,protectivescreen (e.g.,gypsumboard)andthedistancebetweentheappliancesandtheliningmust beatleast20cm,whiletheliningmustoverlaptheedgesoftheapplianceby15cm onthesidesandby30cmaboveandbelowtheappliance; d.Heatingequipmentthatdirectsheatradiationintoasinglelocationmustbeso installedthattherearenoflammablematerialsoritemspresentwithinthedistance specifiedbytheproducerorapplicableregulations. e.Ifheatingequipmentisnotinstalledonnon-flammabletables,shelves,etc.,itmust beplacedonanon-flammablethermalinsulationpad;thesmallestsizeofthe thermalinsulationpadisspecifiedbytheproducerintheappliancedocumentation; ifsuchinformationismissing,theinsulationpadmustoverlaptheappliance’sfloor planby15cmoneachside. f.Eachappliancethatisnotdesignedbyitsmanufacturerforoperationwithout attendancemustnotbeleftinoperationunattendedandthepersonresponsiblefor theoperationoftheappliancemustbespecifiedinwriting.Upondeparture,the appliancemustbedisconnectedfromthemainsinaproperandacceptedway.8.Handling,installationofexhibitsandstorageofpackagingonescaperoutes,ontechnicalchannels,incloseproximitytoextinguishingmeansorelectricaldistributionequipmentisforbidden.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallensurethattheremovalofunusedmaterialsandcleaningofpremisesisperformedonadailybasis.9. The Exhibitor/Contractor shall ensure that, for fire safety reasons, nomaterials usedduringtheassemblyarestoredbehindexpositionsoronceilingstructuresofexpositions.10.TheExhibitor/Contractormayusefireprotectionmeansorfiresafetyequipmentonlyintheeventofafire.Suchequipmentcannotbeobstructedorrelocatedanditmustbepermanentlyaccessible.11.Itisforbiddenformotorvehiclestostopneargatesandroadentrancesintoexhibitionhalls,nearwatershut-offvalves,undergroundandabove-groundhydrantsandwhere,inthecaseofastop,theclearancewouldbelessthan3m.Ifitisnecessarytostopinsuchareas,thedrivercannotleavethevehicle.12.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallensurethat itemsorequipment,thecharacteristicsofwhichposeathreattothefiresafetyofpersonsandproperty,arenotused.13.Firepatrolsduringexhibitioneventsmonitorandchecktheconditionoffireprotectionandadoptmeasuresinlinewithapplicableregulations.TheExhibitor/Contractorundertakestoenabletheiraccesstotheexhibitioncentre.Allexitsandescaperoutesmustbefreelyaccessibleandpassableatalltimes.

III. FIRE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY OF EXPOSITIONS AND MULTI-STOREY EXPOSITIONS IN EXHIBITION HALLS AND IN OPEN AREAS OF THE EXHIBITION CENTRE.TheExhibitor/ContractorshallcarryouttheassemblyanddisassemblyofexpositionssolelyinlinewiththeapplicableSlovakregulationsinthefieldoffireprotection.TheExhibitor/Contractormust assemblemulti-storey expositions together with railing. The Exhibitor/Contractorshallensurethatthefollowingconditionsareobserved:1.Only elements complyingwith applicablefireprotection legislation (flammability andtoxicityduringthermaldestruction)shallbeusedfortheassemblyofexpositions.2.Expositionsshallbeusedonlyasmeeting,officeorexhibitionareas,withoutanyincreasedriskoffire.Forassemblypurposesitisforbiddentousenon-approvedmaterialsortolinesuchmaterialswithotherflammablematerials.3.Theplacementofstaircasesmustallowescapeintoanareawithoutobstaclesandtheescaperoutemustnotrunbelowanabove-groundfloor.4.Toensurefastandeffectivefire-fightingaction,expositionsshallbeequippedwithsuitablefireextinguishers,forwhichtheContractoroftheexpositionortheExhibitorbearsliability.5. The materials used for the load-bearing structure must meet the fire resistancerequirementsinlinewiththevalidSlovakTechnicalStandard(STN).6.TheExhibitor/Contractorundertakestosubmit,alongwiththeprojectdocumentation,fireprotectionproject(report)ofthebuilding,firesafetyreport,oracertificateofthefireresistanceofthestructure.7. The inspection of compliance with these regulations in multi-storey expositions iscarriedoutinlinewithChapter“FireProtection”,paragraph13,oftheTechnicalandSafetyRegulations.

IV. ELECTRICITY SUPPLY1.TheOrganiserreservestherighttorefusetoimplementanorderwithoutanapprovedelectricaldiagramoftheExhibitor.2.Aprojectofthefloorplancontainingmarkedelectricityoutletsandthetotalpowerinputformanintegralpartofanorder.3.Powersupplyupto2kW(asingle-phaseconnection230V(10A))endswithasinglesocket230V,whichisusedfortheconnectionofanindividualappliance.Inthecaseofrepeatedtrippingofthecircuitbreaker,thewiringmaynotbeputintooperationwithoutincreasingthepowerinputandpaymentofaninvoice.4. The total power input means the power input of all appliances connected to theconnectioninlinewiththeprojectdocumentation.5.TheExhibitor/ContractorundertakestodeliveranordertotheOrganiserbythespecifieddeadlineaccordingtotheOrganisationalGuidelines,includingtheprojectdocumentation,withmarkedelectricityoutletsandpowerinputlevel.Thedeadlinesandfeesforthelate

orderingofservicesarespecifiedintheOrganisationalGuidelines.6.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallensurethattheinstallationoftheexposition’swiringiscarriedoutonlybyaprofessionalcompanypossessingauthorisationinlinewithRegulation718/2002Coll.andaTradeLicenceorbyhisownqualifiedworkerinlinewiththerespectiveregulation.7.TheExhibitor/Contractorundertakesnottosupplyotherentitieswithelectricity.Uponfailure to complywith this provision, theOrganizerwill disconnect themain electricitysupplyoutlet.8.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallensure that thesubdistributionswitchboardheuses isequippedwitharesidualcurrentdevice.Conditions for electricity connection and supply:1.TheExhibitor/Contractorundertakestosubmittheorderalongwiththeelectricaldiagramoftheexpositionbythespecifieddeadline.Form2.4ofauxiliaryrastermaybeusedtomarktheconnectionsintheprojectdocumentationoftheexposition.Incaseswheretheorderis placed after thedeadline, theOrganizerdoesnot guarantee that connectionswill beinstalledontherequesteddate.2.A230/400Vconnectionendswitha3-phasesocketCEE3+A+PE(32A/5or63A/5)(fiveholes).TheExhibitor/Contractorshallensurethatexpositionswitchboardisconnectedbyanauthorizedpersonoracompanyresponsible forwiring installation intheexposition.TheExhibitormayorderaseparateconnectionofanexhibittoanindividualconnection.TheOrganiserprovidesconnectionsforelectricityofftakeofupto40kW(max.63A).Theconnectionanddisconnectionofthepowersupply(operationofexpositions)isspecifiedintheOrganisationalGuidelines.3.Forrefrigerators, it ispossibletoorderaseparate(uninterruptible)powersupplythatendswithasinglephasesocket.TheExhibitor/Contractorisliableforanydamagecausedbytheconnectionofotherappliancethanarefrigeratortothispowersupply(electricalcircuit);iftheOrganiserbecomesawareofsuchfact,theExhibitor/Contractorshallbedisconnectedfromtheseparaterefrigeratorcircuitwithoutanycompensationandmayfacesanctions.4.TheExhibitor/Contractorundertakestospecifyconnectionsofhigherpowerinput,aswellasspecialrequirementsforthepowersupply,separately.TheOrganiserreservestherightnottoprovidesuchconnection.5.Connectionsareprovidedexclusivelyby theOrganiser.Connectionsare rented in theformofalease.6. The installation of the internal wiring of the expositionmay be carried out for theExhibitor: a.bytheOrganiser,ifactingastheContractoroftheexposition; b.qualifiedstaffoftheExhibitor/Contractororathirdpartyunderthefollowingterms andconditions: -TheExhibitor/Contractorisfullyliablefortheworkmanshipandconditionofthe internalwiring. -Installationworksmustbecarriedoutinlinewiththeelectricalengineering regulationsandprovisionsofstandardswhichareapplicableinSlovakiaatpresent –STN332000-7-711andthe‘RegulationfortheDesignandOperation ofTemporaryElectricalEquipment’–intheexhibitioncentre.7.The Exhibitor/Contractor shall ensure that electric lights and electric sources of lightaresafelyoperatedinsuchamannerasnottocausefire,thattheyarenotcoveredwithflammablesubstancesandthatthedistancebetweenlightsandflammablematerialsisatleast20cm,unlessspecifiedotherwisebythemanufacturer.8.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallensurethatlightsinstalledwithin2.5mdistancefromthefloor,orlightsthatareotherwiseexposedtoaccidentalcontact,areprotectedinamannerastopreventanyriskofinjuryofpersonsorignitionofmaterials.9.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallensuresafesetupofilluminatedshowcaseswhichmustbemadeofsufficientlysolidmaterials,heatresistantandventilated,takingintoaccounttheflammabilityofdisplayedexhibitsintermsofheatbuild-up.10.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallensuresecureplacementofportableoutletsandcablesonthefloortopreventanydamagetotheportableoutletcasingandtoensurethattheydonothindertheescapeofpersonsfromthegivenpremises.Incasetheportableoutletcasingisdamaged,theExhibitor/Contractorshallensureitsdisconnectionfromthevoltage.11.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallnotplaceportableoutletsandcablesinthepremisesthatareaccessibletothepublicifthesearenotprotectedagainstmechanicaldamage.12.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallensurethateachtemporarystructureintendedforusebyasingleoperatormustbeequippedbyitsown,easilyaccessiblemeansofdisconnectionfromthevoltage.13.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallensurethattemporaryelectricalequipmentorexpositionisdisconnectedfromthevoltagewhennotinuse.14. The compliance of electric equipment and items manufactured in line with otherregulations,e.g.,DIN,VDE,ENorICE,shallbedeterminedbytheInspectionEngineerwithintheframeworkofinitialinspection(Professionalinspectionandprofessionaltestofelectricequipment).15.TheExhibitor/ContractorshallensurethattheinstallationoftheinternalwiringoftheexpositionisonlycarriedoutbyaprofessionalcompanypossessingalicenceinlinewithRegulation718/2002Coll.andaTradeLicenceforelectricalwiringinstallation.16.TheExhibitor/ContractorshallbefullyliableforanydamagecausedtotheexhibitionhallsoftheOrganiser,expositionsand/orexhibitors’exhibitsduetopoorworkmanshiporunprofessionalexpositionwiringinstallation.17. The Exhibitor/Contractor shall ensure that the displayed exhibits and other electricappliancesconnectedtothemainshavevalidinspectionreportsorcertificatesofquality,etc.TheExhibitor/Contractorisliableforthesafeoperationofelectricequipment.18.Beforebeingputintooperation(connectedtoavoltagesource),thewiringmustbecheckedbytheInspectionEngineerauthorisedbytheOrganisertoverifythatitcomplieswiththeaboveregulations.TheExhibitor/Contractorundertakestoimmediatelyremoveanydetectedshortcomings.Incaseswheretheaboveconditionsarebreached,theOrganiserreservestherightnottoconnectelectricequipmentand/ortodisconnectelectricitysupplyfortheequipmentalready inoperation. Insuchcases,there isnocompensationforthepowersupplyandinstallationthereof.TheOrganiserwillchargetheExhibitor/Contractorfortheincurredcosts.

V. OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH PROTECTION1.Occupational safety andhealthprotection (hereinafter referred to as “OSH”) shall begovernedby lawsandregulationsapplicable intheterritoryoftheSlovakRepublicwithrespecttoOSH.2.Duringthetransportwithintheexhibitioncentre,theExhibitor/ContractorshallensurethecompliancewithapplicableSlovaklawsconcerningtheroadtraffic.3.Themaximumallowedspeedwithintheexhibitioncentreis20km/h.4.Driversareobligedtoadjustthespeedoftheirvehicletothemaximumspeedlimit,alsotakingintoaccountthetypeofcargo,visibility,roadconditionand/ortrafficsituationthatmayrequireimmediateaction.5. Within the exhibition centre, the entry of motor vehicles in the exhibition halls isprohibited.6. The Exhibitor/Contractor shall not park motor vehicles at places where parking isprohibitedbytherelevanttrafficsign,atplacesallocatedfortheparkingoffiretrucks,onpavementsandgreenareaswithintheexhibitioncentre.7.Whenusingglasssheetsinexpositions,theExhibitor/Contractorshallroundtheedgesortreattheminamannerthatpreventsanyriskofinjury.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallensure that thatall-glassconstructionpartswillbemarkedateye level.Onlyglass thatmeetsthesafetyrequirementsofapplicableSlovakstandardsmaybeused.8.TheExhibitor/Contractorundertakestonottousehisownforklifttrucks,cranesorotherhandlingequipmentintheexhibitioncentre.9.Poisonsandothergenerallyharmfulsubstancesmaynotbeexhibited.Onlydummiesthereofmaybeexhibited.10. Exhibitors ofmedications andnarcotic substancesmay exhibit only their dummies.Exhibitorsundertakenottohandoutsamplesofmedicaldrugsornarcotics.11.Exhibitorsmayexhibitweaponsandtheirsubstantialpartsonlyinshowcaseswhichmustbedulyprotectedagainstpossibletheft.12.Theexhibitormaynotexhibitexplosivesordetonators.13.Theexhibitorshallensurethatexhibits,whicharetobedemonstratedinoperation,areoperatedonlybypersonspossessingthe requiredauthorisation.Suchpersonsmustpresenttherelevantauthorisationupontherequestofinspectionpersonnel–authorisedsafetyengineeroftheOrganiser.14.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallenteronlytheworkplaceandareasrentedtohimand/orfreelyaccessibleareas.15.TheExhibitor/Contractorundertakestomoveonlyalongthemarkedroadsand,incasethereisnowalkway,toalwayswalkontheleftside.16. The Exhibitor/Contractor undertakes to move with caution to prevent hitting orstumblingoverstoredmaterialsortools.17.TheExhibitor/Contractorundertakesnottomovebeneathsuspendedloadorstandinadistancethatmaybedangerous.18.TheExhibitor/Contractorundertakesnottoenterelectricdistributionrooms,substationsorgasregulationsystems.19.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallnotoperatemachinery,electricoranyotherequipmentwithouttherelevantauthorisation.20.TheExhibitor/Contractorundertakestoabidebytheinstructionsindicatedontheroad,safetyandfire-protectionsigns.21.TheExhibitor/Contractorundertakestorespectsoundsignalsofvehicledriverswhentheytransportmaterialsinside.22.TheExhibitor/ContractorundertakesnottoentertheworkplacesoftheOrganiserundertheinfluenceofalcohol.23.SmokinganduseofopenflamesisbannedinallpremisesoftheOrganiser.24.TheExhibitor/ContractorshallobservethesafetylimitsfornoiseandvibrationspursuanttoRegulationoftheSlovakGovernmentNo.339of2006asamended.25.Weherebyinformyouoftherisksasmayarisefromouractivities: -fallofmaterialduringverticalorslopetransportofmaterial, -fallofmaterialortoolswhenincautiouslymanipulated, -fallofpersonsuponincautiouswork, -skiddingonamuddyorfrozensurface, -hittingorstumblingoverstoredmaterialsortools, -riskofdustyenvironment,noiseorvibrations, -injurybyelectriccurrent, -movementofvehiclesduringloadinginorremovingofmaterial, -possiblefallofasuspendedloadandoccurrenceofinjury, -beingrunoverbyamovingmechanism,evenmanuallydriven, -injuryduetounauthoriseduseoftoolsofmachines, -conductingofanyotheractivityforpersonalneed, -failuretoreportanydefectsordamagethatoccur, -burningorscaldingduringunauthorisedentryintoboilerroomsorheatexchange stations, -failuretoobserveordersornotificationsoftrafficsigns, -injuryduringdangerousentryorexitofavehicle, -fallsonstairsduetowetfootwear.26.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallthoroughly informhisemployees,ornaturalandlegalpersonsperforminginstallationworksorotheractivityfortheExhibitor/Contractorintheexhibitioncentre,oftheOrganiser’sTechnicalandSafetyRegulations.27.TheExhibitor/ContractorisresponsibleforcompliancewiththeOrganiser’sTechnicalandSafetyRegulationsbyhisemployeesand/orbynaturalandlegalpersonsperforminginstallationworksorotheractivitiesfortheExhibitor/Contractorintheexhibitioncentre.

VI. FINAL PROVISIONS1.TheExhibitor/Contractorshallensurecompliancewithalltechnical,safetyandhygienicregulations and OSH regulations concerning fire protection that are applicable in theterritoryoftheSlovakRepublic.2. The Exhibitor/Contractor shall ensure that the General Terms and Conditions ofParticipationandOrganisationalGuidelinesoftheOrganiserareobserved.
