Our top 3 sides won a combined total of 9 games and we were not competitive. As a result, we successfully applied to have our top side (Grade 3) play in Grade 4, which was more commensurate with our ability. This year, we won a combined total of 17 games, our 4s finished in 2nd place and qualified for Post Sectional Finals and the 5s and 6s finished in 4th place. It was an exceptionally long season commencing on 14th March, which involved trial games, the Mid Week Competition and finally the Pennant Season. Sixty nine sides (207 teams) represented our Club during that period, with 51 players in the Pennant competition.
