What is a consulting project? We assist clients to answer problems they do not have the expertise or resources to address
Understand the client’s questions and breakdown into sub-questions
Hypothesizewhat the answers might be
Map out what data is needed to test the hypotheses
ProblemCollect secondary data (financials, reports, etc.)
Collect primarydata (interviews, surveys, etc.)
Analyze data to confirm or refine hypotheses
ResearchSynthesize the answers to the client’s questions
Present the answers clearly and concisely as a story
Repeat for follow-up questions and next steps!

What is a consulting project? Our projects span a variety of clients and topics
Typical Team Staffing: All applications are due September 16th at 12pm

To participate in the Fall project cycle:
1) Visit http://pbgconsulting.org/become-a-member/ and follow the instructions to register as a member at our CampusGroups website
* an annual membership fee of $25 (or two-year membership as $45) is required and will be reimbursed if not assigned to projects
2) Find the project list and application links (PD, PM, TM) on the group dashboard 3) Submit your application (with a one-page business style resume) by Wednesday,
September 16th at 12pm. 4) Check your email and come to the following trainings:
• Project Directors: September 21st or September 22nd: 6-7pm• Project Managers: September 21st or September 22nd: 7-8pm• Team Members: September 23rd or September 24th: 6-7pm
