NATIONAL PEMEM CONVENTION

This letter is being sent to remind you that the National PEMEM Convention is scheduled fromMonday September 9, 2013 to Sunday September 15, 2013.
District and local Leaders are being entreated to work hand in hand with their Presiding Elders, anmore importantly their District Pastors to ensure a successful program.
For this program, the NATIONAL PEMEM Executives want us to focus on social interventionactivities. We are therefore being encouraged to visit the aged, the unemployed and the needy in respective Districts and Assemblies and impact their lives.
The Nation is also admonishing us to ONLY DEDUCT EXPENSES THAT HAVE DIRECT BEARINon the National PEMEM Convention from the proceeds that will be realized.
Every effort should also be made to make our financial report available as soon as possible to theRegion to enable us meet the deadline of September 18, 2013.
Finally, the Quota for the various District are presented below
