DESCRIPTION Pediatric Primary Care Day is a one-day symposium for pediatric providers in New England, including pediatricians, family practitioners, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses and allied health providers. This conference is designed to provide primary care practitioners with up-to-date, evidence-based information on commonly encountered issues in pediatric and adolescent medicine, while suggesting pragmatic approaches to clinical management. Providers from UMass Memorial Medical Center will present many sessions along with several invited speakers. CME credits and CEUs will be provided for attendees. TARGET AUDIENCE This symposium is designed for and will most benefit physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses and allied health professionals practicing in the areas of pediatrics and family medicine. The University of Massachusetts Medical School designates this live activity for a maximum of 7 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits . Physicians should claim only credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. This activity meets the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine for 2 risk management credits. ABP MOC PART 2 Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the activity, with individual assessments of the participant and feedback to the participant, enables the participant to earn 7 MOC points in the American Board of Pediatrics’ (ABP) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABP MOC credit.
