The newly designed Peach Pass GO! Mobile App is a free mobile app available for iPhone®, iPad®, and Android® devices! The app provides you with easy access to your Peach Pass account information, alerts, and notifications- allowing you to access anytime, anywhere.
This guide will help you understand how to use the Peach Pass GO! Mobile App. We’ll also offer tips for managing your account, viewing transactions, and making sure you know how to find the information you are looking for.

Existing Customer Download Instructions
To use iTunes to install the Peach Pass GO! Mobile App on your iPhone or iPad:
1. Open the App Store and search for Peach Pass GO!2. Tap the mobile app icon 3. The app will download to your device4. Once the Peach Pass GO! icon is on your phone, delete the old Peach Pass GO! mobile app
To use Google Play to install the Android Peach Pass GO! Mobile App:
1. Open Google Play and search for Peach Pass GO!2. Tap the Download button. 3. Tap the Accept & download button to accept any terms.3. The app will download to your device4. Once the Peach Pass GO! icon is on your phone, delete the old Peach Pass GO! mobile app

Safety Alert for Mobile App Use
SAFETY ALERT
After the app is downloaded to your device, you will see a red alert notification screen “NO APPLICATION USE WHILE DRIVING”. You must swipe to confirm that you are not using the mobile app while driving before you can continue to the next screen.

Getting Started: What do I need?
Before you can set up an account, you will need: • Drivers License• License plate/tag information• Year, make, model, & color of your vehicle• Credit or debit card• Billing address associated with your credit or debit card

Logging In: 2 Step Process
EXISTING CUSTOMERSStep 1: LOG ONOnce you have downloaded the app to your device, log on using your MyPeachPass.com user ID and password.
If you are existing customer but you do not have an existing user name and password, you can call the Peach Pass Customer Service Center or click “Forgot Password”.
NEW CUSTOMERSStep 1: CREATE A NEW ACCOUNTTo create a brand new account, click here.
Step 2: SET-UP ONLINE ACCESSTo set-up online access, visit www.MyPeachPass.com to actually be able to manage your account.

MY PEACH PASS ScreenMY PEACH PASS SCREENAfter a successful login, you will be prompted to the MY PEACH PASS screen, which provides you with basic information about your Peach Pass including:• Account alerts • Your name, account ID & current account
balance• Your most recent toll transaction dates and
amounts.
From this screen, you can also tab the lower black bar to access:• Transactions• Toll Mode• My Profile

MY PEACH PASS Screen
The MAIN MENU gives you access to most of the app features, including Toll Mode, Transactions, My Profile, Alerts, FAQ’s, and must more. Manage your account by tapping any one of the options to the left of the screen.
Example: Change your Toll Mode status by clicking the Toll Mode button.
Tap the MAIN MENU SYMBOL (the 3-line icon) on the top left corner of the screen.
Your Peach Pass account management begins at the MY PEACH PASS screen, where you can access the MAIN MENU (the 3-line icon).

Changing TOLL MODE
Step 5: A message will appear confirming that toll mode was successfully changed.
Step 1: Click “Toll Mode”. Step 2a: Select the vehicle and click on the duration dropdown menu.
Step 3: Select “Start” or “Schedule Later” option to begin occupancy status change.
Step 4: Once vehicle and duration of occupancy status change are correct, hit “Submit”
PLEASE NOTE: Using the Express Lanes
before the 15-minutes processing timeframe for toll mode change could result in a violation.
Step 2b: Select duration of occupancy status for highlighted vehicle from dropdown menu.

TRANSACTIONS Screen FeaturesThe TRANSACTIONS screens allows you to view all of the transactions associated with your account. The information you can view are date of transaction, access point, time of transaction, and toll dollar amount.

Viewing TRANSACTIONSWithin the TRANSACTIONS screen, you can also see alerts and violation details associated with a particular transaction.

MY PROFILE Screen Features
Step 1: Click “My Profile”. Step 2: The MY PROFILE screen allows you to view and edit your account information, add a new vehicle, and update billing
information.
Tap to view balance, notifications, & account alerts.
Tap the green buttons to edit your information.

MY PROFILE: Edit ProfileWithin the MY PROFILE screen, you can update or edit your profile information by tapping “Edit”. In this screen, you can edit your name, email address, the address associated with your Peach Pass account, and your drivers license number.

MY PROFILE: Add/Edit VehicleWithin the MY PROFILE screen, you can update, edit, or add vehicle information in the “Vehicles” screen by tapping “Add New”. You can edits the year, make, model, color, vehicle plate/tag, and state.

MY PROFILE: Billing Info & Add Credit CardWithin the MY PROFILE screen, you can update your credit or debit card information by tapping the green “Add Card” button next to “Billing Info”. You can update the address associated with your card here as well.

View ALERTS
TIP: You can also access your ALERTS from the MY PROFILE Screen.
From the MAIN MENU screen, you can view your ALERTS. The ALERTS feature allows you to view violations that you have received while riding the I-85 Express Lanes.
TIP: Alerts and notifications are not the same.

ALERTSAlerts in the mobile app pertain only to violations that you have received.
Common reasons for receiving an alert for a violation:• Using an Express Lane without a valid Peach Pass transponder.• Entering or exiting the Express Lanes improperly by crossing the
double white lines.• Using an Express Lane when there are insufficient funds in the account
to pay the toll.• Transponder didn’t read and the vehicle’s license plate was not listed
on your Peach Pass account.• Vehicle accessed Express Lanes with a Peach Pass assigned to a
different vehicle or license plate.• Adjusting the toll mode listed on your Peach Pass account to reflect
more than 3 occupants in a vehicle, and then driving in the Express Lanes with less than 3 occupants.
TIP: Alerts and notifications are not the same.

What features does the Peach Pass GO!
Mobile App offer?
Peach Pass customers can quickly and easily manage their account without having to go online or call the Peach Pass Customer
Service Center.
The Peach Pass GO! Mobile App will allow you to:
• View and download monthly account statements
• Change toll mode
• Track transactions
• Keep up with and modify registered vehicles and billing info
• Receive alerts and notifications about your account
• If you do not have a Peach Pass account yet, you are now able to create one through the app without having to go online.
How do I sign up to use the Peach Pass
GO! Mobile App?
To be eligible to use the app, you must have a Peach Pass Personal Toll account.
There are 3 ways to create an account:
1. Through the Peach Pass GO! Mobile App
2. At www.MyPeachPass.com
3. By calling 1-855-PCH-PASS (724-7277)
What type of phone or tablet do I need to
download the Peach Pass GO! Mobile
App?
The app is available for use on Apple devices with iOS 4.2 or later and Android devices with v2.3 or higher. While not specifically
designed for tablets, the app will work on them.
How much does the Peach Pass GO!
Mobile App cost?
The app is free!
Will I be charged for alerts or messages
that come through the app?
No, alerts and messages will be notifications that come from the app. You will not be charged for receiving them.

about the app?

How easy is initial set-up? The Peach Pass GO! Mobile App set-up is easy. Once you have downloaded the app:
1. Touch the app icon to get started and launch the app
2. “Swipe to Confirm” that you are not driving
3. Follow the on-screen guide by logging in with your Peach Pass account username and password.
If you don’t have an account set up, you’ll be prompted to create one at this time via the “Create One Here” text that is below the
green “Login” button.
How do I login to the Peach Pass GO!
Mobile App?
Once you have opened the app and swiped left to confirm you are not driving, a login screen will appear. Simply enter your Peach
Pass account username and password, then click the green “Login” button.
Your username and password will be the same one you use to log into MyPeachPass.com.
What if I forgot my password? On the initial login page under the green “Login” button you’ll see “Forgot Password?” You’ll be prompted to enter your email
address. Once finished, click “Submit” and an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.
You can also contact the Peach pass Customer Service Center at 1-855-PCH-PASS (724-7277) or at
[email protected] to get assistance with your password reset.
How do I create a new Peach Pass account
through the app?
1. After you’ve opened the app and swiped left to confirm you are not driving, the login screen will appear.
2. At the bottom in a dark gray bar, you will see “Don’t have a Peach Pass account? Create one here”. Click on the underlined
words.
3. Follow the on-screen guide by answering the questions and filling out your personal, payment, and vehicle information.
4. Once created, you can log in and start using the app.
How do I update the mobile app on my
device when a newer version becomes
available?
Once you’ve downloaded the app, you will be automatically notified when new versions become available. You can also configure
your phone’s settings so that new versions of the app will be automatically downloaded.

How do I change Toll Mode?
*Toll mode change is only applicable on the
I-85 Express Lanes
Once you have logged in, you will be directed to your “MY PEACH PASS” home page, with all your transactions listed. From there:
1. Click the orange button at the bottom middle of this page with “TOLL MODE” underneath it. This will take you to the “CHANGE
TOLL MODE” page.
2. Select which vehicle you’d like to administer the changes to from the list at the top of the page.
3. Choose the duration of the toll mode change from the drop-down menu in the middle of the page. You also have the option of
scheduling the toll mode change for a later time.
4. Once you have made all your selections, click the “Change to Free” or “Change to Paid” button (depending on which toll mode
you were already in).
You can also access the toll mode change from any screen within the app. Simply open the main menu by clicking the icon with 3
lines ( ≡ ) in the very top left corner of the page. Once the menu has opened, select “Toll Mode” and you’ll be directed to the
“CHANGE TOLL MODE” page.
Toll Mode Status: “Toll Mode” means that tolls will be deducted from your Peach Pass account when you use a toll facility. “Non-Toll Mode” means that tolls will not be deducted from your Peach Pass account because you have met the occupancy
requirement (three or more people in the vehicle) to use the I-85 Express Lanes free of charge.
*Please allow a minimum of 15 minutes for the toll change to take effect.*
How do I view my monthly transactions
and account activity using the Peach Pass
GO! Mobile App?
To view your monthly transactions and account activity using the Peach Pass GO! Mobile App:
1. Once logged in to the mobile app, open the main menu by clicking the icon with 3 lines ( ≡ ) in the very top left corner of the
page.
2. Scroll down to the second section with the blue icons, and you’ll see the “Statements” icon. Once clicked, you’ll be able to view
your current statement.
3. To view a different month’s statement, click the small question mark at the top right side of the screen. A drop-down box will
come up prompting you to choose a different month.
4. Select the month you wish to view and the statement will be pulled up.
How do I pay a violation? You can pay for your Uniform Toll Violation by:
1. Paying with a credit card by visiting www.Peachpass.com
2. Pay by phone at 1-855PCH-PASS (724-7277).
3. Mail your cashier’s check, check or money order to:
