TUJUAN PEMBELAJARAN/ LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Memberi pemahaman tentang proses manajemen proyek dalam konteks pembangunan real estat mulai dari konsep sampai dengan penyelesaian; dan pengenalan terhadap teknologi konstruksi dalam kerangka perancangan dan rekayasa arsitektur termasuk juga alat, cara dan sistem konstruksi.
Provides understanding of the process of project management within the context of real estate development, from concepts through completion; and familiar with construction technologies within the framework of architectural design and engineering as well as construction means, methods and system.
KOMPETENSI/ COMPETENCY
Mahasiswa harus memiliki pengetahuan praktis tentang pentingnya prinsip-prinsip manajemen proyek.
Memahami konsep dan aktor kunci pada tahap perencanaan, perancangan dan pembangunan proyek.
Memahami, skedul, beaya, dan konsep serta teknik kontrol kualitas.
Mengetahui terminologi, alat dan metoda konstruksi serta bahan bangunan, dan mempu untuk mengidentifikasi, mengelola dan menanggulangi resiko.
Mengindahkan aspek hukum peraturan dan kemanusiaan tentang keselamatan proyek.
Students should: have a working knowledge of important projects management principles;
Be well-versed as to the key players and concepts during the planning, design and construction phases of a project;
Understand schedule, budget and quality control concepts and techniques;
Be familiar with construction terminology, means, methods, and material, proficient to identify, manage, and mitigate risk;
Appreciate the economic, legal, regulatory and humanitarian aspects of project safety.

Memberi kemampuan utnuk menguasai teknik perkiraan permintaan dan penawaran pada pasar spesifik dan penilaian tapak/lahan didasarkan pada criteria produk; Produk meliputi real estat perumahan, komersial, dan perbelanjaan, tetapi dititik-beratkan pada real estat perumahan.
Provides proficiency to examine techniques for forecasting demand and supply in specific markets and evaluating sites based on product criteria. Product includes residential, commercial, and retail property, and focussing in residential real estate.

Mampu menguasai kajian teknik prakiraan permintaan dan penawaran dalam pasar spesifik.

Kemampuan mengembangkan dan menetapkan permasalahan/ hipotesa penelitian; melakukan kajian pustaka dan menetapkan landasan/ kerangka teoritik penelitian; melakukan review dan menetapkan metoda penelitian secara kritis dan komprehensif.
Kemampuan mengembangkan pengetahuan bidang kebijakan, perencanaan dan pembangunan Real Estate, melalui kajian kritis dan komprehensif terhadap hasil penelitian.
Kemampuan menyusun komponen-komponen tesis ke dalam bahasa tulis yang memenuhi kaidah penulisan tesis dan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar, serta kemampuan menyusun publikasi hasil penelitian dalam bentuk karya tulis ilmiah.
Ability to develop and formulate research problems/ postulate hypothesis; to conduct literature review to formulate theoretical framework; to conduct critical and comprehensive methodological review and formulate research methodology.
