Zo! Creative was quite literally built on the foundation of magic. At the tender age of 15, after insisting to a prestigious Olympia-theatre director that he could create a better production himself, Zo!’s Founder was given the opportunity to pro-duce his own musical-magic show. In just one month, Fabien gathered 50 young, but highly talented artists and directed an award-winning performance that would sell-out for 7 days straight. It was from this ambitiously creative achievement that Zo! Creative was birthed.

Today, as a creative agency, the world has be-come our stage and we work hard to create magic for each and everyone one of our clients and partners. Composed of 17 creative and tech wizords, Zo!’s unique company blend of IT expertise and creative genius, enables us to breathe new life into marketing and advertis-ing initiatives that other agencies simply can’t.

We’ve consulted with companies like DDB on some of their most viral campaigns and our proven track-record of risking the unusual with limited budgets has reached 26,000 influencers in less than a month for one client, while adding 50 million views to another client’s YouTube account. Zo!’s contin-ued success is evidence that the involvement of young creatives with fresh perspectives, in mar-keting, is critical—and people are taking notice.

Huge entities such as Coca Cola and P&G have already began to adopt it and accord-ing to Ad Age, Chrysler Group indicated that invest-ing in this model contributed to a 26% sales growth in 2011. Needless to say, companies are excited.

Under our model, clients pay a base fee, and only when we reach the agreed upon KPI (key performance indicators) -based goals, do they pay the remainder of the retainer. Pay-for-performance has significantly raised our level of appeal in the market and has ena-bled us to attract better clients and more accounts.

agencyThis is the most involved category of partnership. It is reserved for Partners who integrate our team and approach, somewhat sub-stantially, into their core business activities. The level of integration of Zo! Creative, in delivering client projects, will determine the shared-profits. Agency Partners also agree to share or provide a measure of access to their client base. In re-turn, requested services will be given at a special Agency Partner price, by a per project basis, upon request. Help us, by helping you!

referralDesigned for those Partners who identify high quality op-portunities for ZO! Creative, but who are not in a position to fully commit resources in closing deals or in the de-livery of services. Partners will receive a sale commis-sion for every deal we close from referrals. Commission rates vary upon each partner.

creativeDesigned for those Partners who possess essential or com-plementary resources that might bolster ZO! Creative as a business. Software & Creative Partners who are unable to fully commit (ie. sharing of their cli-ent portfolio or project collabo-ration), but are interested in de-livering their services at a special price, will in return, receive high quality leads for prospective clients and have access to dis-counted ZO! Creative services.

The ZO! Creative Partner Program has been specifically designed to ensure that it is easy to understand, simple to engage, cost free and requires mini-mal on-going management. Quite simply, if a potential partner sees value in a relationship with ZO! Creative, we work with you to agree upon the most appropriate and easy way to engage in a mutually beneficial partnership.

Our process is pretty simple:1. Partner contacts ZO! Creative about a partnering relationship2. The signing of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)3. Meeting to discuss partnering objectives and compatibility4. Agree on partner program status and sign partner agreement5. ZO! Creative provides sales and technical training if necessary.6. Ongoing dialogue and communication between both parties

At ZO! we are 100% committed to our Partner relationships. As such, we fully acknowledge and understand that our success and integrity as a business, is a direct reflection of our ability to ethically and effectively manage and support all of the relationships that we develop with our business Partners.

The ZO! Creative Partner Commitment encompasses the intrinsic values of our program and defines the principles by which we will endeavour to develop, manage and nurture enduring and trusted relationships with our business partners. Therefore, ZO! will always endeavour to;

Requirements of Partner• A minimum of 2 successful projects or case studies, to enable ZO! to reinforce its portfolio and increase

opportunities.

• A clear and fair “partner” pricing to use Partner product or services.

• Participation in regular communication in regards to opportunity pipeline and sales forecasting.

Program Benefits• A special partner pricing on all services requested and performed by ZO! Creative.

• Increase of brand awareness and generation of qualified leads or projects.

• The right to use any of our resources and softwares necessary to achieve Partner business goals.

maintained.

This is the most involved category of partnership. It is reserved for Partners who desire a fully collabora-

tive Partnership with ZO! that is mutually beneficially to the advancement of both of our core business

goals.

Requirements of Partner• A minimum of 2 staff members, able to communicate ZO! Creative offerings to prospective clients.

• Demo and/or Training from Partner staff to enable ZO! to pitch Partner offerings to prospective clients.

• Transparency and participation in regular communication in regards to opportunities and forecasting.

Program Benefits• A special partner pricing on all services requested and performed by ZO! Creative.

• A copy of the ZO! Handbook and Brand Evaluation Template for training and sales demonstrations.

• The right to use any of our resources and softwares necessary to achieve Partner business goals.

referralThis category is for partners who identify potential opportunities for ZO! Creative, in return for special access

to ZO! Creative resources.

Requirements of Partner• Opportunity based relationship.

• Provision of a sales resource to support and manage opportunities.

• Participation in regular communication with regard to opportunity pipeline and sales forecasting.

Program Benefits• A sale commission from 8% to 20% upon the partner’s level of referrals and deal amount closed.

• Free of charge sales positioning and agency overview training for partner personnel.
