Part 3Good morning. I’m calling to make a reservation for

your three day adventure package in Cancun, Mexico. A friend told me that a swim with sharks outing is part of your travel package.

Well, sir, we have several different activities plan for our three, five and ten day adventure packages. Swimming with sharks is only offered on our ten day adventure package.

I was almost sure my friend had visited your company and participated in the swim with sharks.

Your friend possibly did it at another location. At the Cancun location we do not offer that on the three and five day trips. At several of our other locations we do however.

Part 4 As we wrap the meeting up this afternoon, there is one

more piece of news I need to share. Our tech support department has informed me that there is a very bad computer virus that has been circulating the web over the past week. They have told me that no employee should open any email from anyone that is unknown to you or from a sender that you are not familiar with. Several businesses have been infiltrated by this virus already and we don’t want to become another one. I ask that you return to your desks and delete any emails from the last week that you deem high risk. Thank you and enjoy the rest of your day.
