KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT: Kindergarten enrollment packets are due on February 21, 2020. If you know of a family who might be interested in our school, please ask them to call the office. SPAGHETTI DINNER FUNDRAISER: The annual 5th Grade Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser will be held on March 10, 2020. This is the sole fundraiser for Science Camp. The tickets were sent home with the students. We appreciate your support by selling or purchasing tickets. Ticket cost is $12.00 each. REPORT CARDS: February 21st is the end of the 2nd trimester. Report cards will be available online soon after for grades 1 – 8. All payments and fees need to be paid current in order to have online access to report cards. If this causes a hardship on anyone please see Mrs. Mar. SCRIP REPORTS: The SCRIP fiscal year ends on April 30th. Scrip totals are available upon request by sending an email to Mrs. Precissi at rprecissi@stanneslodi.org. BISHOP COTTA’S VISIT: Bishop Cotta will be here on March 18th starting at 8:00am for classroom visits and our School Mass. Parents are welcome to join us for Mass at 9:15am. UNIFORM CHANGE: The end of the 2nd trimester will be Friday, February 21st. Students will be allowed to wear shorts as of Monday, February 24th with exception of Wednesdays for Mass. Dickies brand shorts are not acceptable shorts. Please remember that girl’s shorts need to be no shorter than 2 inches from the middle of the knee, and boy’s shorts need to be worn above the knee. Solid white crew socks must be worn at all times, ankle and no show socks are not acceptable socks. SAVE THE DATE: Our Back to School Parent Mixer will be Tuesday, August 4, 2020, please mark your calendars.

BINGO ROTATIONS SHIFTS SIGN-UPS: Attention families: there are a few bingo "rotation" shifts available for next school year! A rotation shift is still worked on Fridays, but it is a shorter shift (typically a 3 hour shift), with earlier hours (typically worked from 3 or 4 pm to 6 or 7 pm), and these shifts are worked every 6 weeks, year-round. If you are interested in learning more, or possibly signing up for a rotation shift, please contact Cari Diaz call/text 813-433-4242 or email bingo@stanneslodi.org by February 28, 2020. These shifts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and typically fill up quickly. IMPORTANT BINGO INFORMATION: The 2020-21 bingo year begins May 1, 2020 and runs through April 30, 2021. Sign ups for regular bingo shifts will begin in March. All sign ups will be handled through an online app. More information will be sent out soon. OPERATION RICE BOWL: During Lent our school and parish will participate in CRS Rice Bowl, a faith-in-action program that invites us to reflect on the challenges of global hunger and our responsibility to respond to the needs of our global human family. Join our faith community and more than 14,000 Catholic communities across the United States in a life-changing Lenten journey with CRS Rice Bowl. During the 40 days of Lent, we will reflect on the challenge of global hunger and how it affects our human family. We will be sending the Rice Bowls home with the students next Wednesday. MARDI GRAS PRAYER SERVICE: We will have a prayer service on Tuesday, February 25th at 9:15 am in the church. After the service the students will march back with their Mardi Gras mask and receive a donut and chocolate milk in the playground. Parents are welcome to join us. BLOOD DRIVE: The Italian Catholic Federation will be holding a blood drive on Saturday, February 29th from 10:00am – 4:00pm in St. Anne’s Hall.

TOKAY HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Tokay High School will be holding Eighth Grade Parents Night on Wednesday, February 19th from 6:30 – 8:00 pm in the Tokay High cafeteria. All tuition assistance applications are due by March 5th. Any applications which are incomplete/not verified on March 15th will not be eligible for assistance. VOLLEYBALL COACHES NEEDED: Anyone interested in coaching the 5th and 6th grade girls volleyball teams please give Dan Munoz a call at (209) 992-7830. !Volunteer coaches earn their SOS Hours. BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION: Box Tops need to be turned into classrooms by February 25th. Please make sure they are not expired. Please continue to scan your receipts for electronic box tops.
