Our NB Certificate ensures that we Calibrate Valves, without affecting the warranty of the original manufacturer.All Valves Repaired are sealed with our Stamp, and Records are maintained.

Confirmation of the Product to be installed on Line necessitates testing of the same (especially imported / in stock for longer periods) .PGVS has been providing Testing and Certification Services for Valves as per API 598, API 6D and API 6A, besides MSS, DIN and British Standards.Equipments and Vessels have also been tested in our Shop as well as at site.

Considering the continual conflict between maximizing plant operation and minimizing maintenance shut downs, online safety valve testing becomes an essential part of an efficient maintenance strategy.With many shut downs being primarily scheduled along the safety valve testing interval, testing safety valves online enables longer plant operation. Technically the online safety valve test is an analysis of the set point in operational conditions. The result is therefore much more reliable than a test made in a workshop on a cold safety valve using different medium and low capacity test benches.

Hot Tapping is the method of making a new branch connection onto live plant and pressure items whilst still in service. This is to ensure that production to consumer process industries, power industries and sensitive services are maintained. This method employs a drilling or tapping machine and a full bore valve and either a nozzle or a full encirclement fitting welded to the existing pressurized system.The drilling machine, generally consists of a telescoping boring bar mechanically driven by our specially designed gear box which advances a cutting tool. A necessary element in the hot tap procedure is the full bore valveHot Tapping can be utilised on a wide range of process mediums including, but not limited to, oil, gas, water, petrochemicals and sewerage and covers sizes ranging from ½” through to 72”.
