Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Thursday, December 31, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. in the office of the Hill County Commission, Hill County Courthouse, 315 4th Street, Havre, Montana, for the purpose of hearing protests, if any, against the abandonment of a portion of a county road described as County Road Petition Number 154, Located in the NW1/4NW1/4 and NE1/4NW1/4 Section 10 and the SW1/4SW1/4 and SE1/4SW1/4 Section 3, Township 32 North Range 16 East, Principal Meridian, Montana, County of Hill, State of Montana, according to the official plat of said land filed in the office of the Office of the United States Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Montana State Office, described more particularly as follows: Beginning at 1/4 section corner of said Sections 3 and 10, said point of beginning being on a projection of the westerly right-of-way line of that portion of County Road Petition along the north-south centerline of said Section 3, Township 32 North, Range 16 East, Principal Meridian, Montana, thence westerly along the County Road as depicted on the road plat map for Township 32 North, Range 16 East, filed in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder, County of Hill, State of Montana, to the easterly right-of-way line of the County Road located at the corner of Section 3, 4, 9 and 10. Notice is hereby given that the Hill County Commission will hold a hearing on Thursday, January 7, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. in their office in the Hill County Courthouse, to establish the hours for the transaction of business for calendar year 2021 pursuant to Section 7-4-102, MCA and 7-4-2211, MCA.

Hours for all county offices, except the superintendent of schools, shall be established at 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on legal holidays and Saturdays.

Interested persons are encouraged to attend the hearing and give comment. For further information, please contact the Hill County Commission, Hill County Courthouse, 315 4th Street, Havre, Montana, 265-5481.
