WHAT’S FOR LUNCH? BLACKHAWK CAFÉ IS NOW OPEN!

Science Fair is just around the corner! Did you formulate

a good hypothesis? Then you are ready to get

busy on your experiment! Make sure you rec-

ord all your data and take lots of pictures (but NO FACES ALLOWED!!). This will make it

much easier when you plan out and prepare your board for display.

Attention Kindergarten Families

AISD Gifted and Talented and Assessment Department will be coordinating upcoming CogAT testing at your cam-

pus. All AISD Kindergarten students will be administered a CogAT aptitude test during the weeks of November 29

– December 12, 2016. This test will be administered in groups at each campus. Please visit the following web link

to find out more information on CogAT.

Boyd Students Show that we CAN do it!

During the “Commitment to Community” food drive Boyd students and

staff went above and beyond to show their compassion. Our goal was to

collect 450 cans. When the final count was done we actually collected 788

CANS!! Thank you to our Boyd family for your generous contributions.

The food drive will provide Thanksgiving meals to families who otherwise

would not have a traditional Thanksgiving.

Once again, Boyd families show how much they CAN do for others!
