The Paradise Retreat Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is charged with reviewing and implementing architectural changes in our community. All change requests must be submitted in writing using the ARC Review Request Form.

All installation/change(s) requests should be accompanied by the appropriate plat, building permit (when required by Walton County), diagram, and color chip (color sample 3”x3” square must be displayed).

Any action made without ARC approval will result in either legal or financial actions in accordance with Declaration of Covenants.

The Paradise Retreat Covenants stipulate a reply to your request within 30 days. However, failure to include thorough, accurate information will result in the delay of your request and possible denial of the request until the needed information is submitted. ARC approvals are valid for six months, see approval letter for date.

A drawing must be submitted of the fence outline on the applicant actual survey copy labeled with the actual measurements as the example alpha letters shows.

RESIDENTIAL SURVEY WITH PROPOSED FENCE DEPICTING ALL DIMENSIONS MUST BE SUPPLIED WITH THIS APPLICATION.

Vegetated/Preservation Areas must be minimal. Clearing for installation of fencing is only to allow for installation of the fence. Fence slats must be open spaced (IE: shadow box) to allow for vegetation growth.
