The greatest value of the company is well qualified team, including 20 top class engineers, a couple of hundred workers and coworkers.

The production facilities of Expom company, placed on the area of 6500 m2, comprises five production halls equipped in the latest generation machining centre and hoisting and hauling equipment.

Innovative technological and construction office offers inter alia 3D modelling services, resistance analyses, static and dynamic testing as well as support from Research and Development team.

Expom enjoys confidence of its customers due to the maintenance of the highest standards of production, reliability of performance and keeping discretion while implementing new projects.

The company holds permits, certificates, including those related to integrated quality management system, environment protection and industrial safety pursuant to ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 and OHSAS series standards.

Devices manufactured and equipped in Expom observe the rigorous standards and taking over procedures of international qualification associations such as e.g. DNV, ABS, BV, RMRS, PRS, GL, LR.

In Expom S.A. management an important role is played by the idea of sustainable development through the realization of economic, ecological and social objectives. It connects with the reduction of production material consumption and energy intensity, environment use productivity increase and contamination emission reduction with simultaneous care for the economic effectiveness and social development.

Global range

Expom S.A. personnel covers over 300 well qualified employees. The managing personnel comprises of specialists experienced on Polish and international markets as well as external advisors and scientists who support the development of research and modern technologies. While the production team comprises, inter alia, of European engineers, certified welders pursuant to EN 27-1 (DNV) as well as a group of competent and reliable subcontractors.

People

— Dynamic development of Expom S.A. is the result of company modernization programme started in 2010 and lasting until nowadays.

— Within the period, Expom became the global exporter and extended the portfolio of its customers from a few to several dozen companies.

— In terms of acquisition of new markets, the company notes the development in perspective industries such as sea, offshore or renewable sources of energy.

— The modernization of the machine park is ongoing; in terms of it key investments which essentially increased the efficiency and production quality have been made.

— The company has realized a few spectacular achievements such as large-size sea crane HSC 700 Of 50 tonnes, welded structures of ca. 50 tonnes each or offshore knuckle boom with the load capacity of 10 tonnes and 13-metre long arm.

The tradition of innovationThe experience of Expom in wind power station production reach the 80. of the twentieth century. Today Expom is going back to the idea of creating innovative projects in renewable energy industry what is the act of returning to the roots for the company and at the same time a step into the future.
