Second Sunday of Easter / 2 º Domingo de Pascua 3

Dear Parishioners and Friends of Our Lady of Fatima,/Queridos parroquianos y amigos de Nuestra Señora de Fátima,

Next Weekend is Commitment Weekend! As you heard at all of the Masses, our For Christ Forever campaign commitment weekend will take place next weekend. When making your gift, please utilize the personalized pledge card you received at a campaign reception, or the one included in the personalized cam-paign packets mailed out to every registered parishioner.

Many parishioners across the diocese, and within our parish, have already made significant sacrifices to bring the campaign to over $82 million pledged. These gifts have been large and small, and they take place over a four-year redemption period. If you have been blessed with the ability to make a sacrifice, we ask you to join in with the rest of the diocese and support For Christ Forever.

As you make your gift, please remember: ◆ Payments on pledges are deductible for income tax

purposes as provided by law.

◆ Payment reminders will be sent according to the payment schedule you select (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually).

◆ Consider a down payment of 10% to help with immediate needs.

from our administrator fr. William Hubbard

GOINGS AND COMINGSIt is with sadness that I report that Mary Kay DuBay, our Confirmation Coordinator, will be relocating with her career in June and, at that time, will no longer be working with our Confirmation program.

Here is a note from her:It is with a heavy heart that I am leaving the beautiful home and family that you have been for me. I have loved being a part of your lives and I thank you for all of the opportunities you have given me to grow in faith over the past 4 years. By our Easter celebrations and Sacrament of Confirmation, I am personally reminded to recognize the Gifts of the Holy Spirit that God has given me, to find a way to serve and glorify God with those gifts, yet to also be willing to take the uncertain, unknown path for God, if that is where He leads.

Thank you, Mary Kay, for your personal witness of a disciple of Jesus and your service to this community. Blessings!

I am also pleased to announce that our new coordinator will be Cate Girskis. She has had lots of experience in Confirmation programs and I am excited to work with her. She will take up where Mary Kay has left off seeking to provide the best formation for our teens as we can.
