Downtime penalty has been imposed on Infra vendors for 34 lacks rupees in last 3
months.
Network Quality & customer satisfaction improvement initiatives:
SPC & ESB/LBS completed for all the nodes.
RU30 upgraded in all the RNCs & WN7.0 implemented in all the node-Bs.
IOS upgrade done in Jalandhar/ Shimla Routers.
Project catapult 24 nos.2G sites & 22 nos.3G sites made RFS + 7 nos. -4

An approximate Cost of Rs. 89,39,607- saved in last 03 months , found as variance duringvalidation of IP invoices where IP have wrongly claimed the same .
Uptime penalty and Theft and damage penalty has been imposed on Infra vendors for INR
69,66,247 in last three months till Nov13.
Network Quality & customer satisfaction improvement initiatives
RCOM ICR implemented and launched successfully.SPC & ESB/LBS completed for all the nodes.
RU30 upgraded in all the RNCs & WN7.0 implemented in all the node-Bs.
Project catapult 43 nos.2G sites & 22 nos.3G sites made RFS + 13nos. -4thsector
additions done.
82 ID/OD conversions completed.
10 nos. PCU cards added in the network.
RAM upgraded in BAMB1 as S16.1 preparation
