e Or ig inal R ul BREAK FAST 1. A balanced breakfast may be eaten at any time of the day, with one or both hands. 2. Milk can be poured in a glass or a bowl (but never drunk straight from the carton). 3. A student cannot run on an empty stomach without a balanced breakfast. 4. Breakfast sandwiches must be held between both hands. 5. No shouldering, holding, pushing, tripping or striking, in any way to the person in front of you in the breakfast line. 6. A foul is not eating a balanced breakfast, which is a violation of rules as described above. 7. If a student eats a balanced breakfast three days in a row, a small goal has been made, keep it up! 8. A goal will be made when your breakfast contains all segments of MyPlate. 9. In case of a timing dispute, ensure that your breakfast contains a whole grain, protein and an easy to grab whole fruit. 10. The student shall be the judge of themselves and shall ensure enough time to eat a balanced breakfast. 11. The student is in charge of listening to their body, and leaving enough time in between eating a balanced breakfast and engaging in physical activity. 12. Give yourself at least 15 minutes to sit down and enjoy a balanced breakfast. 13. The student making the most goals shall be declared the winner!
