System Roller StandsThe BHS System Roller Stands are designed and constructed with heavy-guage steel, creating a safe and reliable environment for the Battery Extractor System. For spark protection and durability, system stands come standard with poly-coated rollers. Custom designs and additional features are also available to meet any specific battery changing requirement.

Battery Fleet Management SystemThe BHS Fleet Tracker Battery Fleet Management System maintains a complete and convenient inventory of every battery in a system. The BHS Triple Stack System (EBE-TS) offers a greater opportunity to optimize floor space for valuable warehousing functions. This system is ideal for a battery fleet of up to 299 batteries. Like all BHS Battery Extractor Systems, the Triple Stack System is designed and built to expand as battery handling needs grow.

The BHS Double Stack System (EBE-DS) is designed for applications with a battery fleet containing up to 149 batteries. As with all BHS Operator Aboard Battery Extractor Systems, the Double Stack System is a safe, cost-effective solution to battery handling requirements and saves vital floor space, increasing the capacity of a battery room.

The BHS Single Level System (EBE-SL) is the perfect solution for lower capacity applications with a battery fleet containing up to 99 batteries. The Single Level System makes removing and replacing discharged batteries faster and easier than ever.

The BHS Single Side System (EBE-SS) features a heavy-duty structure with various available options to meet specific needs. The Battery Extractor is fully-hydraulic, track-mounted, and floor driven for added convenience. The vehicle’s control console is located on the rear of the machine for unobstructed operation. The EBE-SS also features eight load rollers and 203 mm poly-drive wheel. (Pictured without overhead guard.)

The BHS Competitor Replacement System (EBE-MS) is specifically designed for battery systems with aisles as narrow as 1321 mm (52”). The extra heavy duty base design allows for greater load handling capacity. Access to each compartment on the Battery Extractor is quick with the hydraulic powered, multi-axis extractor arm. The EBE-MS utilizes magnet extraction. Twelve load rollers on model EBE-22-2-SL and twenty-four load rollers on model EBE-14-4-SL allow for better load and wear distribution. The roller bed divider is easily removable to accomodate larger batteries as needed. Alignment is easy with the center line marked on the lead rollers.

BHS also offers the Competitor Replacement System (EBE-MT) models:Single Level (EBE-SLN), Double Stack (EBE-DSN), and Triple Stack (EBE-TSN). Each machine is designed and built for applications utilizing a 1828 mm (72”) aisle width.

The Quad Stack System provides optimum floor savings while providing the latest technological advancements in battery changing equipment.
